Todd McFarlane has given us an early look at two new Spawn figures in development via a Facebook video entitled "Toddy Toy Tuesday" In the video the Toddfather shows us two versions of Mandarin Spawn. The unpainted version is the general release and will be coloured in red with some insane sculpted detailing across the figure and weaponry. The second Mandarin Spawn is in blue and also features a different head, weapon, shoulder armour and robe detail. This Mandarin Spawn will be a Gold Label Release, a limited release in Gold Label packaging that will be exclusive to Walmart in the US. Fans of NECA and Amazon Prime Video show, The Boys, can look forward to new action figures from the property as the two team up in a new licence agreement. In a press release from Sony the various companies granted a licence for The Boys products were listed. "Ahead of the highly-anticipated second season premiere of “The Boys” on September 4 on Amazon Prime Video, Sony Pictures Consumer Products (SPCP) is helping fans celebrate (or not celebrate) the ‘Supes’ with a robust line of consumer products offerings, including apparel, accessories, collectible toys, costumes, novelty and home goods. The show’s initial wave of products is being sold on its home platform on the Vought International themed storefront on Amazon. Select products are now available on Amazon with additional products being released throughout the year and in 2021." NECA were confirmed part way through the press release. The figures will apparently be the 7 inch scale sculpted figures with figures of Homelander and Starlight. NECA are also listed as working on a special product for Laser Baby from Season 1. "NECA is also releasing highly-detailed, fully poseable, 7” Homelander and Starlight action figures that come in premium packaging; the leading collectibles maker is working on a special product for consumers as well around the fan-favorite character Laser Baby from the first season of “The Boys.” The press confirmation does seem to back up those of you out there who predicted this teaser from NECA at the end of SDCC week 2020 was for The Boys. Hasbro have revealed a brand new Marvel Legends Retro figure of Doctor Doom for Marvel Monday and the item has gone up for immediate pre-order. The Retro Doctor Doom is packed on a retro style card that itself comes inside an outer sleeve. The figure includes two book accessories - the Book of Vishanti and The Darkhold. It also features alternative hands, two jet FX pieces for his backpack, two magic FX pieces that clip onto his wrists and the Ultimate Nullifier weapon. Bandai have revealed the next two figures in their Warhammer 40k line, Primaris Space Marines from the Imperial Fists and Salamanders Space Marine Chapters respectively. The 8 inch figures will feature paint jobs specific to their Chapter and their Company. They are fully articulated and packed with appropriate Space Marine weaponry. The Iron Fists Primaris Space Marine is from the Sixth squad of the 3rd Company and is armed with an auto bolt rifle with grenade launcher. The Salamander Marine is from the Chapters Second Company, Second Squad. He is armed with a combat knife and an ornate Bolter based on artwork from the Salamanders Codex Supplement. Both figures will also come with alternative hand options. The pre-order period for both Marines opens for one week on the 12th of September. The figures will then go into production for a 2021 release with sufficient figures being made for those who pre orders after the first figure sold out so very quickly. Price in the UK is expected to be circa £80 per figure.

As far as I know, there was no big announcement or confirmation of the repacking of the 2014 Godzilla for a 2020 release. The figure is now up on the Target US website and is exclusive to them in the states. The figure from the 2014 movie remains unchanged, the packaging is however updated to the new closed box with opening front flap and artwork based on the movie poster. From the blockbuster 2014 movie that relaunched the classic Godzilla franchise! This 6" tall figure is highly detailed and fully articulated, and 12” long from head to tail! Over 25 points of articulation and a bendable tail. This classic movie monster has never looked so good in toy form. Hasbro have just announced Pulse Con, an online event across Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th of September 2020. The event will be streamed via the Hasbro YouTube channel and will feature live Unboxing of new products and over 50 new product reveals from across the Hasbro brands. The event will also coincide with the sale of the various exclusive sets originally destined for SDCC 2020. These include the Star Wars Black Series Wampa and Endor Sets, the Marvel Hellfire Club and Logan sets and the GI Joe Cobra Commander Snake Supreme. These exclusives will be for US and Canada via Hasbro Pulse - no word yet on availability here in the UK, but we would assume orders will go live around the same time. NECA have released the packaging images for their Ultimate Back to School Gremlin. Like the Unofficial Games Gremlin, the Back to School Gremlin is inspired by the movie advertising back in 1984 and the poster is replicated on the front of the Ultimate box. The set features the standard Gremlin body, now dressed in soft goods jeans, sweater and baseball gap. He comes with baseball glove and ball, school book, a Gizmo lunch box and the yellow Bus Stop sign. The set is a Target exclusive in the US and should start to land in stores in August / September 2020. On the 30th of August, the Target (US) line of Disney Galaxy's Edge merchandise launched in the US and this included four new Star Wars Black Series figures - the already announced Captain Cardinal and DJ R-3X as well as the Hondo Ohnaka revealed a few days ago. The fourth figure is the First Order Mountain Trooper, and other figure originally from the Galaxy's Edge Multi-Packs and now packed singularly for the Target line. The Mountain Trooper, and Hondo, are yet to be listed fully in the UK but they have shown up on Amazon with page holders. Like all First Order Stormtroopers, specialized units of Batuu Mountain Troopers are trained from birth and fed a steady diet of First Order propaganda to ensure absolute loyalty. The Disney Elite series is adding another droid to the collection with the release of R5-P8 in Disney Stores. R5-P8 is Hondo Ohnaka's astromech as seen in the Clone Wars as Hondo operated his Pirate Crew out of Florrum. The Droid remains in Hondo's service at Black Spire on Batuu (Galaxy's Edge). R5-P8 features the unique paint job, but does not have the blaster mounted on his dome as seen in the Clone Wars. He is a Limited Release in the Disney Elite Series window box packaging and is listed online now in the US and in stores. He is not on the UK site as yet, but I have seen reports of him being found in UK stores - possibly ahead of a street date? Astromech droid R5-P8 is in service to Hondo Ohnaka as they recruit crews from Black Spire Outpost on Batuu to run contraband throughout the galaxy. Here are the promotional shots for the SH Figuarts Avengers Infinity War Doctor Strange, the "Battle on Titan" edition. This is a tweaked re-release of SH Figuarts original Doctor Strange and features an updated head sculpt and paint job, with a a second head included with its eyes closed for the meditating look as he explores possible futures. The cloak is soft goods, apart from the collar, and has a built in wire for posing. An array of hands and magic effects are also included. Figma will be releasing two new 1/12 scale figures in 2021 from the classic 1987 movie Robocop. The first is the titular character in the Figma Hagane Works line, complete with metal alloy components. There will be three face parts to create alternative looks for Murphy. Head and Chest parts can be swapped out for damaged look versions. A selection of alternative hands are provided, including the terminal spike. He is armed with the Auto-9 which an be fitted in the working leg holster. And a Cobra Assault Cannon is also included. Robocop also has a display stand, into which the various accessories can be placed for storage. Pre-orders for Robocop are open now and until 1st of October. He has a shipping estimate of January 2021. The 12500 Yen price converts to around £88 here in the UK, that is before any shipping and custom charges. From the movie "ROBOCOP" comes an alloy-incorporated action figure of the cyborg police officer ROBOCOP! Alloy-Bodied Fully Articulated Action Figure The figure stands 17cm tall and is fully articulated. Zinc alloy is utilized in the chest and legs. The holster in his leg can be opened and closed, and his Auto 9 can be stored inside. Several Optional Parts Included Three face parts including an expression with a closed mouth, a expression as though warning his adversaries and an anguished expression are all included. Damaged head and chest parts are included as well. Open hands, closed hands, hands for holding his gun and a Terminal Strip hand are included. The Cobra Assault Cannon is included as well. "From the movie "ROBOCOP" comes a MODEROID plastic model of ED-209, the peacekeeping machine created by Omni Consumer Products. The model stands at around 20cm tall when completed. Its joints, pistons and slide rails are all articulated, allowing you recreated intimidating poses and comical poses alike. The model kit is made of PS and ABS plastic with POM and PE used for some joints and features runners separated into four colors (light gray, silver, medium gray, dark gray). Wires have been used to recreate the cables connecting to its arms. Water-slide decals are included for further detailing. Preassembled joints are included, making the model easy to pose.
