Medicom is releasing two new Marvel MAFEX figures with these 1/12 releases of Carnage and Moon Knight. Carnage, as seen in Venom: Let There Be Carnage from 2021, will come with four head options, an alternative chest piece, claw hands, scythe arms, spear arms, and back tendrils. He is a July 2027 release. Carnage is number 323 in the MAFEX line Moon Knight comes with alternative moon-throwing hands along with a selection of mini moon knives and normal moon knives. Hiya has revealed another Exquisite Basic release for their Mega Man series with Mega Man X Third Armor. The release includes a selection of extra hands, alternative faces and an interchangeable X-Buster. The figure also incorporates magnetic pose for displaying him on metal surfaces. There is also a magnetic control switch that activates the X-Buster in close proximity, turning on one of three lighting modes: Flash, Breathing and Steady. Mezco's Mezco-Con event is a virtual companion to SDCC 2026 with reveals and previews shared online, while the physical figures are on display at the Mezco booth on the SDCC floor. So far for 2027, the previews have included Marvel previews of The Punisher, Midnight Suns Blade, Daredevil,Grey Hulk, and Kingpin. From the DC stable, we have a Scarecrow figure from Batman: The Animated Series, a Dark Knight Returns Batman tease, and a new Solomon Grundy. They are joined by the live-action Peace Maker and Eagly. Moving to film, there is a new Michael Myers from Halloween (2007) and a new Conan the Barbarian, the Thief edition in a variant outfit from the other releases to date. Hasbro's Marvel Legends panel at SDCC 2026 featured a selection of reveals, starting with a new wave of crossover figures with Magic: The Gathering. They included Captain America, Black Panther, Sue Storm's Malice, and Doom 2099. These are general releases apart from Black Panther, who is an Amazon exclusive. They are live for pre-order as of the 13th of August 2026. In the Maximum Series we can look forward to Symbiote Suit Spider-Man who is live for pre-order as of the 1st of August (no images as yet) There is a new Deluxe release of Mole-Man with Moloids, and this one is live for pre-order as of the 29th of July 2026 The panel moved on to a standard set of single figures that included Elsa Bloodstone, an Earth X Captain America, and Acroyear from Micronauts It was then confirmed that the Gamerverse line is now renamed as the Marvel Games figures, and the next releases continue with the recent Marvel vs Capcom focus. They include a Player 3 Wolverine vs Psylocke. A Hasbro Pulse Exclusive Player 2 Gargantos. And an Iron-Man vs Spiral pack. They will be joined by a made-to-order 11-inch-tall Sentinel. The window for ordering this one ahead of a July 2027 release opened immediately and runs to the 7th of September. "Something's coming" While Hasbro held its Marvel Legends panel on Friday, we had to wait until the final day of SDCC 2026 to get a look at some new Marvel Cinematic Legends, and more specifically the first for the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie. There are plenty of characters to choose from based on the cast list, and with many of these seen in the first teaser trailer, but Hasbro is kicking things off with a small wave of figures to mark the movies launch on the 18th of December. The new Marvel Legends releases of course are headlined by Doctor Doom. We can look forward to figures of Magneto and Cyclops as they transition from the original X-Men movies, and they are joined by Gambit - as seen in Deadpool & Wolverine. From the MCU, we have updated figures of Thor, Shang-Chi, and Sam Wilson's Captain America. These single figures, with the exception of Magneto, are part of a general release wave. Magneto will be an Amazon exclusive. And representing the Fantastic Four are new figures of The Thing, Johnny Storm, Sue Storm, and Mister Fantastic, who comes with H.E.R.B.I.E. The Nacelle Toys Star Trek panel at SDCC 2026 took us through the line to date, reviewing the various waves, including the 60th Anniversary TOS Wave 3, and from this they also gave us a look at the Captain Kirk figure and his accessories. Wave 2 is planned for the final quarter of 2026 while Wave 3 is on schedule to ship in Q3 of 2027, so won't actually land in the 60th anniversary year. Wave 4 continues to be developed. There was a deeper look at the new U.S.S. Enterprise build-a-bridge set, which we saw previewed as a prototype at SDCC in the Nacelle Toys booth. There was a reveal that the Kirk as a Romulan figure, first released as an Exclusive to Star Trek The Cruise IX, is now getting a general release in Wave 2 packaging. The figure is identical, as are accessories, this leaves the packaging the only exclusive element to those that received the figure on The Cruise. The Factory Entertainment Battlestar Galactica 3.75 inch line is expanding with a new Cylon Raider electronic ship on its way to pit against the Colonial Viper.
