Marvel Legends Uncanny X-Men retro carded Cypher
The new Marvel Legends release of Cypher will be a US Target exclusive and is live for pre-order as of the 18th of September 2026. Cypher is packed onto a retro Uncanny X-Men cardback and comes with a sword and two additional sets of hands.
