After finding the Marvel Legends Winter Soldier wave at Toys R Us last week, they have now showed up at Smyths at the lower price of £16.99 This was obviously a fresh case, with all figures present including Black Widow The Winter Soldier wave was released initially 12months ago. I wonder if the fact this is showing up again now is part of "warming up" collectors for the Age of Ultron stock? Following on from Asda, Tesco are now stocking Funko Pops. At £10 they had a shelf worth on the Toy Aisle predominently Marvel characters. Tesco's Toy Clearance also continues. I didnt find any evidence of the recently mentioned Star Wars clearance lines (Lego & Hasbro) but did find Guardians of Galaxy 2.5" figures heavily discounted. The 2 pack of figures were £1.75 and the ships at £6. News is coming in that Hasbro have asked retailers to pull down any listings for Wave 9 of the Star Wars Black 6" range - this is the Cody, IG88, Boushh wave. Apparently listings can go back but only as of 3rd May At the time of posting, pre-orders in the UK are still active at ZAVVI FORBIDDEN PLANET and STAR ACTION FIGURES More details on what will happen with pre-orders already placed when we can get some clarity

Mezco's upcoming Mortal Kombat figures have gone on UK pre-order at Zavvi for £16.99 each with free delivery.
