Storm Collectibles have released the full gallery and details of their Doomsday figure from the DC video game Injustice : Gods Among Us. Doomsday will arrive in the 1st quarter of 2020. He comes with two head options and 3 pairs of hands. He stands 260mm tall, which is over 10 inches high. DOOMSDAY is a rampaging, seemingly mindless, murdering monster who killed Superman. He is the result of Kryptonian genetic engineering gone awry. In "The Death of Superman" comic storyline in which he first appeared, Doomsday mysteriously bashed his way out of a metallic holding cell miles underground, dug his way up, and began senselessly killing and destroying everything he saw. His motives were initially unknown, but his nature was obvious; He was incredibly powerful, merciless, and seemingly unstoppable. He easily defeated the justice league before confronting Superman. New images have been released for the next Marvel Legends Riders releases - Cosmic Ghostrider and Squirrel Girl. The images include the box design for the two sets. The two will be released together in Spring 2020

Tamashii Nations have revealed some more images of their SH Figuarts Freddie Mercury 1/12 figure. This new version SH Figuarts Freddy is wearing the white vest top from Queen's appearance at Live Aid. Freddie is coming with at least 3 head sculpts and his microphone stand. There is no confirmed release date as yet other than it is likely to be 2020 if not beyond.

Hong Kong based ThreeZero are more commonly known for their range of 1/6 high end collectable figures from properties like Game of Thrones. They also do 1/12 figures, but across far east properties like Honor of Kings. It now seems that the ThreeZero team have plans to step further into the 1/12 market and will start that journey with figures from Terminator Dark Fate. This promotional image shows the T-800 and Sarah Connor in 6 inch scale. Like Mezco's One:12 line, the figures are articulated sculpted bodies with soft good tailored clothes. We now await more details, including price and a release date which is sure to be well into 2020 if not beyond.

Medicom have released details for their Far from Home Spider-Man in his updated black and red suite from the movie's final showdown. Spidey comes with two head potraits or swap out eye pieces. He also arrives with a number of web line pieces to clip to the various hand options. Spider-Man also comes with his mobile phone. The figure is scheduled for a July 2020 release.

Hasbro have shared the press release for their new Star Wars Black Series Exclusives coming to Gamestop. The figures will be sub-branded under the "Gaming Greats" header and features figures from Star Wars video games. The Heavy Battle Droid is taken from Star Wars Battlefront II and is a repaint of the original Battledroid sculpt with three different weapons - a DLT-19 Blaster Rifle (as released with Sandtroopers and 4-LOM), an E-5 Battle Droid blaster and a Heavy Blaster. This final one looks very much like it has been borrowed from The First Order Stormtrooper Battle Set. Jedi Revan is taken from the EA Galaxy of Heroes video game and is in his Jedi costume. He is a repainted from the original sculpt, and comes with a purple lightsaber. The box design for the figures remains similar to the Phase 3 packaging. They do feature a cut in to the window with the "Gaming Greats" logo. The colouring is also specific - with a burgundy colour for the Battle Droid, and a very impressive purple hue for Revan. Both figures will be released in Spring 2020. We await confirmation of these being available outside of the US - but we would expect these will be sold via the usual fan channel route. When Hasbro announced the final two members of the Black Order - Ebony Maw and Corvus Glaive - we assumed they would get general release. While this was true for Maw, Corvus Glaive was packed into a 2-pack exclusive along with a repainted Loki and made exclusive to Walmart in the US. Distribution was patchy in the US and around the World the stock was very limited. Checkout the corresponding Corvus Glaive review here Packaging 4/5 The set uses the standard Marvel Legends packaging for 2-packs with scooped sides. It uses the yellow tones of the Infinity War sets and a purple hue for the character name and the artwork on either side. Loki is displayed on the left with Corvus on the right. Round the back of the box we have images of both characters, and down the centre is a short piece of background text "Known for his shifting allegiances, Loki faces evil head on when he confronts the Black Order - a sinister group of Thanos' cohorts that includes the menacing Corvus Glaive" Paint & Sculpt 2/5 Loki is the exact same figure as was released in the Ragnarok wave. The head is a good likeness to Tom Hiddlestone and uses the face print technology to capture the eyes, skin tone and lips more naturally than hand painting in the factory. The outfit is recoloured with a darker finish of green across the main body with lighter green armour panels on the shoulder and gold trim around the neck, arms and boots. As it uses the original sculpt the figure is a bit out of proportion, and this is more evident without the cloak. The torso looks short, the legs long and the feet too big. The cloak is included and is a cast rubbery plastic piece that is meant to slot into the figure by means of pegs on the inside of the cloak shoulders which should correspond to holes on the figures shoulders. The fit is very poor and it is almost impossible to line up and therefore the cloak simply falls off at the slightest touch - a very poor design/execution. Accessories 3/5 Loki does not include the horned head piece he has in the Ragnarok set - and this is fine as he doesn't wear it during his scenes in Infinity War. What we do get is a Tesseract, the same one that would go on to be packed with the SDCC Red Skull. The piece is shaped as a cube, as it should be, and is cast in a translucent blue. It looks great, but unfortunately there is no corresponding hand with Loki to hold the Tesseract correctly. While you can "prop" it on Loki's right hand - it looks odd and isn't overly stable. It would have been great to include the shaped hand that did come with the SDCC Red Skull to hold the Tesseract correctly - a missed opportunity. Articulation 4/5 Loki has 19 points of articulation and these do allow for a wide range of movement, and quite importantly for Loki some of the characters gestures and poses. Head : ball joint neck and pivot Body : T-Joint ratchet torso, swivel waist Arms : ball joint shoulder, bicep swivel, double joint elbow, wrist pivot Legs : ball joint hips, thigh swivel, double joint knee, ankle rockers The cloak will restrict some movement - or more likely drop off as you pose the arms - but with the double jointed elbows and knees there is a good level of movement for Loki. Loki does stand OK, but the ankle rockers are ratcheted so it takes a bit of tweaking to get the feet flat to the floor. Loki poses well with Corvus Glaive and with some teasing he can be posed as handing over the Tesseract. You can checkout the Corvus Glaive review via this link. Summary Loki looks the part and it is good to get his darker outfit from Infinity War. Re-use of the Ragnarok figure is fine, but that figure had flaws that do translate to this one and in the case of the cloak seem to have worsened. The inclusion of the Tesseract is a nice touch, but an added hand to hold it securely would have been nice. While Loki is not a bad figure, he is certainly playing a filler role in this 2-pack. Corvus Glaive is one of the best figures I have seen and handled in the Legends line and is arguably one of the figures of 2019. The face sculpt is fantastic, capturing Corvus in that sinister smiling visage complete with red eyes, blue shaded skin tones, individually painted teeth and gums as well as the gold decoration around the forehead, cheeks and jowls. The outfit is just as intricate. The base body is full of sculptural detail - cast in black and then painted in gold down the torso, ars and legs. over the shoulders is a cape which looks a little like an open rib-cage round the front and is decorated in similarly intricate gold design. It then trails down the back of the figure and curves round to trail the floor - all with the same gold designs on both the inside and outside of the cloak. There is a similar piece around the waist, which starts as a belt of what look like gold teeth. From this comes a tabard that hangs down in front of the legs and again is full of sculpted raised designs, each painted gold. Everything is painted neatly and without any significant flaws. Corvus is simply a work of art. Accessories 4/5 Corvus is armed with his dual blade staff/spear. It is cast in a softer plastic, like most accessories, and in the base colour of gold with the central shaft painted in silver. Like the outfit, the two blades are intricate with geometrical lines and shapes. The blade fits into either hand, but is more securely gripped in the left. The right can then be used to hold the blade and pose it into two handed weapon fighting poses. Articulation 5/5 Corvus has 19 points of articulation and has a wide range of movement and motion, albeit slightly restricted around the legs and upper arms by the cloak - although the restriction is minimal and the arms in particular have more or less a full range of movement. With the double jointed elbows you can also pose some neat gestures with the arms. Head : ball joint neck and pivot Body : T-Joint ratchet torso, swivel waist Arms : ball joint shoulder, bicep swivel, double joint elbow, wrist pivot Legs : ball joint hips, thigh swivel, double joint knee, ankle rockers The posing with the weapon is not overly dynamic, but the figure can hold the weapon in some offensive stances. As mentioned right at the start, Corvus is arguably the best looking member of the Black Order and is probably the most accurate alongside Thanos. It is great to finally complete the line up. Summary Corvus is simply a wonderful looking figure with an extreme level of detail around the head-sculpt and the outfit with very intricate painting throughout. While the articulation is a touch restricted by the cloak, there is nothing else to fault with the figure and I give it top marks with a 5 out of 5 score. See More MCU Marvel Legends Figures

After it leaked last week, Diamond Select Toys and Disney Store have released the full details of their Spider-Man Far From Home Select Action Figure. The figure is based on the updated suit Peter wears at the end of the film as he faces off against Mysterio on and around Tower Bridge. Rather than a repaint of the Homecoming figure, the figure looks fully updated and has sculpted web-lines and improved hip articulation. The figure comes with a number of hand options - fists, gripping, open hand and web-slinging. All of this is great, and then we get to the "diorama" accessory.... Usually Diamond have given us scene pieces in the past such as a rooftop or Avengers Facility backdrop. For this release Diamond are including a flag pole and a Union Flag! From a figure point of view this makes no sense to the figure other than the final showdown was in London? Surely a backdrop of Drones or even part of the Tower Bridge walkway would make more sense. My other issue, as a proud Brit, is that the flag is not accurate. It is a poor approximation of the Union Flag and does not have the correctly spaced white lines which indicate the flag is flying the right way. I also feel a little "off" that Diamond feel this is an appropriate accessory with no thought of how it would be accepted by British people, although I cant go as far as to say I am offended and there is no law on the use of the Union Flag. I do wonder what the feeling would be if this was reverses and a UK company was releasing a figure with an incorrect US flag with no apparent link to the figure it sits with? For those who do want to buy this, it is exclusive to Disney Stores but it is a Worldwide release - with the first figure found in Liverpool, UK. A link is already live on Disney US but not as yet on the UK store. New York's homespun hero Spider-Man spreads his web Far From Home in the Marvel movie. Mezco have released a short unboxing video announcing that their mascot, Gomez, is coming to the 5Points series of figures. This was followed by the full press release and gallery. Gomez will arrive in the 3.75 inch retro articulated scale in his Hazard Sqaud Commander outfit. He will be packed on a retro blister card and will include a Beatbox accessory and a ray gun that can be stashed inside. The figure will be sold at DesignerCon 2019 and can also be pre-ordered from Mezco directly and it will the be shipped after the convention between December 2019 and January 2020. NECA have released images for the final packaging of the 8 inch soft good clothing Pamela Voorhees from Friday the 13th Part III (3D). She is due to start shipping later this month (November 2019).

Yakface have shared a leaked image of a new 6 inch Black Series figure from the Mandalorian Disney+ series. The image and details are shown further down this post to avoid spoiling anyone, scroll ahead at your own risk. The Heavy Mandalorian in blue armour is expected to be an exclusive, and the details have most likely been held back due to visual spoilers for the show. He comes with a heavy blaster and what looks like a backpack and a wrist mounted flamethrower. The box design would make this more of a Deluxe release than a standard figure. We await more details.... but could this be a character played by the show runner Jon Favreau, it looks awfully like a sketch that has been previously shared by Doug Chiang on Instagram.
