The McFarlane DC Multiverse 7-inch figures from James Gunn's upcoming movie, The Suicide Squad, are starting to be listed for pre-ordering, and with that comes the full set of gallery images for each figure - and confirmation of a couple of variants. The main wave will feature Bloodsport, Peace Maker, Polka Dot Man, and Harley Quinn. Each figure will come with a build-a-figure part to construct King Shark who is wearing a light blue checked pattern board shorts. Within the wave, we also have two variants with unmasked figures of Peace Maker and Bloodsport. These were planned as SDCC 2021 exclusives, but are now being sold as retailer exclusives instead. Peace Maker will be sold at Target in the US, with Bloodsport at Walmart. Both are available via specialist retailers elsewhere in the World. There is also a stand-alone release of King Shark as a Deluxe figure. This is a Gold Label release and will be exclusive to Walmart in the US. It uses the exact same King Shark sculpt as the BAF but with a different pattern and colour scheme for the shorts. King Shark also signifies a new addition to the DC Multiverse line with the inclusion of the first-ever cardholder for displaying your art cards with your figures. Accessories across the line will include a sword for masked Peace Maker and an axe for the unmasked version. We have twin blades for Bloodsport, a spear for Harley Quinn and Polka Dot powered effects for Polka Dot Man. Polka Dot Man also features removable goggles. The Deluxe King Shark comes with some disembodied body parts for him to snack on. The figures are being listed as an August 2021 release. Harley Quinn, re-incarcerated for making a cash withdrawal with her car, buys her freedom once more by joining the Squad. This colorful, cheeky, cheerful psychotic still has all her deadly dynamic moves, and the single-and-ready-to-mingle rogue is as eager as ever to show them off…much to Amanda Waller’s dismay. Hasbro have announced that Hasbro Pulse-Con will return in the Autumn of 2021, and a number of Hasbro Pulse-Con exclusives will be released to celebrate the event. The first of these has been confirmed as a new Marvel Legends Retro Carded Venom figure. This version of Venom is painted in a style to emulate the animated series appearance of Venom with a cell shading effect of blue and red over the usual black base colour. The figure will feature two head options and an alternative pair of hands. It will be packaged on a Spider-Man Retro Card, with a Venom outer sleeve. As is common practice with most of their Mortal Kombat releases, McFarlane have announced the release of a 'Bloody' variant of their Kabal Mortal Kombat 7-inch figure. The release later this year (September as an estimate) uses the same packaging as the previous release and comes with the same 'Blades of Vengeance', The paint scheme is virtually identical, but bloodied patches have now been added. 'Bloody' Kabal is a Target exclusive, having originally been planned as an SDCC Exclusive. It has a 16th of August release date. Fleet-footed Black Dragon enforcer. The McFarlane DC Multiverse Darkseid figure from Zack Snyder's Justice League was first shown as a fully armoured release, but when it was officially solicited a different version was put out as a general release. The fate of the armoured version is now confirmed as a Deluxe Gold Label release. While it is a Gold Label release, the figure had been planned as an SDCC 2021 exclusive. It will now go to Target in the US as an exclusive (not Walmart) Here in the UK, it will be a Zavvi exclusive and is up for pre-order now at £39.99 Darkseid will include the same weapon as the general release but does have a different art card and the usual black display base. Mezco have teamed up with Hasbro to create G.I. Joe figures in the high-end One:12 Collective action figure line. This launches with Roadblock, who will be a Mezco Store Exclusive, who is due for release at some stage between May and July 2022. Roadblock will feature the usual highly articulated base body and a tailored set of clothing including his combat vest, belt, and boots. He will come with three heads and a selection of hand options as is the norm for One:12 figures. There will also be a removable helmet for a further display option as well as the standard display base and post. The Joe's Heavy Weapon expert also comes - as you'd expect - with a small armour that includes a knife, handgun, and grenades. We also have a handheld modified machine gun, and a larger machine gun fitted to a tripod. Ammo is provided via Roadblock's backpack - and this can also store the gun's tripod if not in use. Following on from the announcement of their first Back to the Future statue, Iron Studios have sent us details of the second. We head over to Back to the Future 3 with this release as Doc Brown and Marty McFly pose for a photograph with the new Hil Valley Town Hall Clock. The 1/10 Art Scale piece will measure just under 11-inches across and will stand nearly 12-inches tall. It will be released in the 2nd Quarter of 2022, and has a US RRP of $299.99 The young Marty McFly and his best friend, Doctor Emmett "Doc" Brown, formally dressed in 19th-century attire, pose for a photo during the Grand Clock Tower Opening Party in Hill Valley in 1885. The big time meter, the famous clock with Roman numerals, is supported by a rustic wooden box. The protagonists of "Back to the Future" are right in front of it, standing on a base with elements and machinery that resemble an old locomotive, another striking machine, and presented in the third film of the saga. With a plaque having the movie's logo at the bottom of the base, Iron Studios proudly presents its new statue "Marty and Doc at the Clock Deluxe Art Scale 1/10 - Back to the Future III". Super7 have released the full details of their first wave of Ultimates 7-inch scale Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures. The wave will feature four "human" sized figures and the fifth figure of a Zord. We kick off with Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, who will feature a Green Ranger helmeted head as well as two unmasked heads - one representing "Good" Tommy and the other "Evil" Tommy when he was being controlled by Rita Repulsa. He features alternative arm options, swap out hands, and an array of weapons including the Dragon weapon set, Sword of Power, and Sword of Darkness. The Yellow Ranger will also come with a Helmeted head and two unmasked heads with one for Trini Kwan and the second to display the figure as Aisha Campbell. She will feature a set of Blade Blaster weapons, alternative hands, and a scaled mini-figure of Mr. Ticklesneezer. Facing off against the Rangers will be Goldar. He will stand about 8-inches high and comes with two heads, alternative hands, and options to display him with wings outstretched or folded back. He is armed with his sword and also comes with 5x badges of darkness as well as a Power Coin Box. The other bad guy inclusion is a Putty Patroller army builder figure. This release features two head options and alternative hands. There are then several pieces to vary the look of your Putty Patroller with soft goods clown collar and football jersey, a cowboy hat, and a bandana. There are also removable Z-Putty vest pieces and knee pads. Including the Zords in this line is an interesting concept. The first figure will be the Red Rangers Tyrannosaurus Dinozord, standing 8-inches tall and packed with a number of alternative handpieces. Scale is achieved with the inclusion of tiny Power Ranger figures. You even get a replica Power Coin. The first wave is now in its pre-order window and this runs until Friday the 30th July 2021. After the pre-order window closes the items will be produced to meet the pre-order quantities with the figures due to ship in Spring 2021. Tommy Oliver first debuted as the evil sixth Ranger, controlled by Rita Repulsa, defeating the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Megazord single-handedly! It took the combined power of all five Power Rangers to break Rita Repulsa’s spell. With his free will returned, the Green Ranger could join the other Rangers in their fight against Rita Repulsa. Is Tommy still under her influence, or is he a loyal member of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers team? With this Green Ranger ULTIMATES! figure, it could go either way! The first of the Batman Beyond wave of McFarlane DC Multiverse figures has been listed at Target in the US. This four figure wave will be released one ever 2-months through 2021 with parts included across the series to build the Batman (Jokerbot) from Futures End. The first figure is Batman from Batman Beyond, specifically modelled after the comic book version and not to be mixed up with the figure of Batman Beyond from the animated series which is also incoming from McFarlane. The two figures share bodies, but have different heads and accessories. This version features Batarang weapons and alternative hands, and is packed with the usual art card and display base - as well as a piece of the Batman (Jokerbot) from Futures End. The figure will be released on the 28th of March 2021 in the US. For collectors outside the US, including here in the UK, we will have to wait until the end of 2021 when we will get the full wave all at once. The next figure in the Target US exclusive wave of DC Multiverse figures from McFarlane has been put up for pre-order. Batwoman from Batman Beyond is the third release in the wave following the Terry McGinnis Batman and Shriek. The wave is spread out through 2021 and includes parts to build the Joker Bot from Futures End. Batwoman will feature alternative hands and two Batarangs. She then also includes the usual circular display stand and art card. The figure is up for pre-order now at Target for a 3rd of October 2021 release. Mezco are about to open preorders for their first One:12 Collective G.I. Joe figure. Having picked up a license from Hasbro, the Mezco team will be releasing a 1/12 scale collectors figure of Roadblock to launch the line The full details will be revealed on the 30th June 2021.
