Revealed a couple of weeks ago as part of the 2nd series of McFarlane's Spawn figures, we now have the full details for the larger releases of She-Spawn and Cy-Gor. She-Spawn is a deluxe release, a standard figure packed with a deluxe quantity of accessories including three rifles, a sword, a chain weapon and an axe. Cy-Gor is a MegaFig, a larger scale figure like the VIolator, and will only come with a display stand. Both figures will be window boxed and scheduled for a January 2022 release. After finding a resurrection spell, Jessica Priest places an amulet on Nyx's body and chants the spell. Whether Nyx, who is not seen again once the magic starts to happen, survives or not is not known at this point, but what is known is that Jessica Priest has taken on a role that Nyx used to have—the role of She-Spawn. Hasbro's Lightning Collection Pudgy Pig was revealed first as a Hasbro Pulse Con Exclusive in a special lunchbox collector box. It has now been confirmed that a standard release is coming out too, revealed today on the Target US website. The standard release features the same figure and knife & fork accessories. Announced a few months back at Toy Fair 2021, the Halloween 2 Michael Myers figure from Mezco is now up for pre-order in the One:12 Collective format. The figure will feature three head options and a selection of hands. You will also get accessories including a knife, hammer, and a scalpel (already fitted into one of the hands). Two light-up Jack-O-Lanterns are also included. One:12 Collective Myers is a Summer 2022 release, arriving between July and September Michael Myers from Halloween II stabs and slashes his way into the One:12 Collective! The One:12 Collective Michael Myers figure wears weathered coveralls with six bullet holes after his doctor, Sam Loomis, fails to stop him. There was a lot of excitement heading to Halloween as NECA used their 31 Nights of Fright event to announce a brand new license for The Last of Us video game. We can look forward to an Ultimate Two Pack from The Last of Us Part II with figures of Ellie and Joel. The set will include a whole arsenal of weapons for both characters including rifles axes and Ellie's bow and arrow. We can expect to see the set release in March 2022 In The Last of Us Part II, players experience the devastating physical and emotional consequences of Ellie's vengeance as she embarks on a relentless pursuit of those who've wronged her. On the 27th of October, and as a Pulse Premium Member Exclusive event, Hasbro held Pulse Premium 1027 a bonus event tagged onto Pulse Con like last year's after-party. The event was hosted by Steve Evans and included the various brand teams working through some more content, including some new reveals held back from their main Pulse Con presentations. The Star Wars segment of 1027 focused solely on The Black Series and provided us with a look at four figures that had previously been confirmed via the pipeline reveal format. The new Bib Fortuna was shown to come with what appears to be the same three cups as included in the Cantina set. Why Hasbro could not do a nod to his Vintage staff is unknown. The new Rogue One Jedha Patrol Stormtrooper adds a pauldron and new backpack to the existing Imperial Stormtrooper body. Omega will feature her bow, face mask, and Ruby the Lizard as seen in Battle Scars and Infected. And finally, we have Echo who looks to feature two arm attachments, his blaster, and a removable helmet. None of the four are up for pre-order yet nor has there been a full press release, but it is looking like they are part of a larger wave in 2022 which will also include the general releases of Pondo Baba & Doctor Evazan, and the Medal Ceremony Princess Leia. The pack costs £359.99 in the UK, and the backing window is open until the 12th of December. 7000 backers are needed to realise the prject, and those ordering in the first 48hrs will get an early bird bonus of some slimed effects to add to your backpack. The GI Joe presentation started with the reveal of the Cobra Officer who will join Spirit Iron-knife and Storm Shadow as the general release wave 8. The Officer uses the Cobra Trooper as a base and still comes with a removable helmet. Weaponry includes a machine gun - with two magazines - a sub-machine gun, and a smaller pistol. There is also a clip-on light scope for the weapons and a back-mounted holster. We will see wave 8 around July 2022. This Cobra Officer figure comes ready for action, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability and 9 character-inspired accessories. And with custom artwork by François Coutu, the G.I. On the 27th of October, and as a Pulse Premium Member Exclusive event, Hasbro held Pulse Premium 1027 a bonus event tagged onto Pulse Con like last year's after-party. The event was hosted by Steve Evans and included the various brand teams working through some more content, including some new reveals held back from their main Pulse Con presentations. The Marvel Legends panel was quite light on reveals, focusing more on expanding on the details of figures already revealed. They did show off an impressive-looking new comic-book Iron-Spider figure. This is an all-new, pin-less figure. There were no release details given at this point and only a digital image was shown. A 3rd figure in the new X-Men animated series line was shown as Mr. Sinister. He will join the already confirmed Wolverine and Jubilee. The final panel of the 2-Day Hasbro Pulse Con 2021 was Marvel, and the Marvel Legends team had plenty of new releases to show us. It started with a reveal of Knull, the god of darkness, who was shown as a digital sculpt at this stage. More details on him will follow but he will stand around 8-inches tall and come with his giant sword. Writer Donny Cates was part of the discussion and the reveal of Knull and it was confirmed another Donny Cates creation will also be getting a Marvel Legend figure in 2022. There were other early looks at figures in development as digital renders, these included a new fully pinless Vulcan figure from the X-Men. And the villain D'Spayre who is likely to be part of a future Doctor Strange Wave The next Walgreens Exclusive is a comic book Baron Zemo who will feature his sword and a second pair of hands. The panel featured, as they often do, a tease for another upcoming figure which seems to look like Maggot. The full solicitations were all for figures coming in Spring 2022, starting with a line of West Coast Avengers on the retro cards and they revealed the first two as Scarlet Witch and the White Vision. Both figures are re-packs of older releases with Wanda coming with wrist and hand magic effect pieces, while Vision has an alternative pair of hands. We have a proper look now at the 20th Anniversary figures celebrating the original Toybiz Legends line from 2001. The line will launch with Captain America and Iron-Man, both of whom are inspired by the original Toybiz figure. They will be packed alongside a cardboard diorama which has a comic book cover on one side, and a scene backdrop on the other. Cap comes with masked and unmasked head, his Shield, alternative hand and some effect pieces. Iron-Man will feature an Iron-Man and unmasked Tony Stark head and blast effect pieces. A new line of Marvel Legends figures was revealed based on the 1990's X-Men animated show. We can look forward to Wolverine and Jubilee in the line, packed in special boxes with artwork from the X-Men series. Wolverine has two head sculpts, two pairs of hands - one including claws - and his family photo. Jubilee will include two heads, alternative glasses and effect pieces. The 3.75-inch retro wave will see a new twin pack of Phoenix and Wolverine and this is a Hasbro Pulse exclusive on special foil cards.
