The new Marvel Legends trio of figures from Deadpool & Wolverine have now opened for pre-orders with stockists. They include The Cavillrine with two head options and alternative hands. We then have two concept figures drawn up for the movie, but never featured. The first is the Wolverinepool with an alternative pair of hands. The second is an X-Force grey suit Deadpool with four different pairs of hands, twin katana swords, baby knife and twin pistols. These are general releases and are due to ship in October 2026. McFarlane's next line of DC Page Punchers will feature some big hitters starting with the general releases of Batman from the 1989 Batman comic book, and Batman from Issue 01 of Justice. There are also supporting Red Platinum Exclusives of Two-Face from the Batman '89 comic, and Superman from Justice, issue 01. The next set of McFarlane's DC Collector Edition figures will feature general releases for DC Classics Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, and a Kendra Saunders Hawkgirl. 52 Toys are teasing some big announcements and reveals at SDCC with these preview images shared on their social media channels. The Hong Kong based company is teasing new 1/12 scale figures for Street Figher in the shape of Akuma and Cammy, as well as Predator items. McFarlane's new God of War series kicks off with three new figures, all due to ship in September 2026. The headline is the Elite Edition release of Kratos in Ares Armour. This set features enhanced decor and accessories, with Kratos packed with an alternative head and extra hands. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves.
