Hiya Toys' Exquisite Super Rocky II figure of Rocky in street clothes, along with his dog, Butkus, was first previewed in December 2025. Now, some 7-months later, Hiya has shared some updated images of the release which has also seen its release window move forward from Q1 2027 to Q4 of 2026. Rocky will feature tailored clothing including trousers, t-shirt, and zipped jacket. It looks like the hat is sculpted as part of the first head option, while a second head offers an alternative expression with no hat. You also get a series of extra hands. Butkus is also articulated and is wearing his personalised football jersey and also comes with a rope lead. You also get the display stand and peg as featured in most of the Exquisite Super releases. In the US, Walmart's Collector Con runs to coincide with San Diego Comic Con 2026, and therefore a number of new items are starting to show up on Walmart.com that will also be presented at SDCC. San Diego Comic Con 2026 starts with the usual Preview Evening on the 22nd of July, with the main show underway from Thursday the 23rd of July. The event will include a number of new action figure reveals, both on the convention floor at the various supplier booths and also via selected panels and presentations which are listed below alongside the timings in both San Diego and here in the UK. A new Star Wars Black Series set from The Clone Wars has been revealed as being part of the US Walmart Collector Con, which starts at the same time as SDCC 2026 on the 23rd of July. The new two-pack expands the 501st Clone Battalion with releases of Dogma and Hardcase, both using the existing Clone Trooper body but with character-specific markings and unmasked heads, including both troopers' facial tattoos. Dogma comes with the standard weaponry for the Clone Troopers, while Hardcase comes with the new mini-gun, first announced as being included with Clone Commander Thorn. The set goes live for ordering at Walmart on the 23rd of July. Outside of the US, we'd expect this to be sold via the Fan Channel and orders there shiuld open at the same time or soon after. Hiya Toys has revealed this new Exquisite Basic Battle Damaged Mecha King Ghidorah from their Toho Godzilla series. Based on the 1991 movie, Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, this 33cm tall figure includes three different gravity beam effects, the capture hand, and four restraint cables and clips. The latter able to snare and hold the Hiya Toys Godzilla. The Mecha King Ghidorah will release in Quarter 2 (April-June) of 2027 as a general release in all territories apart from Japan. Mecha King Ghidorah rises again from the final battle in Shinjuku. Now Mecha King Ghidorah Battle Damaged Version from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) joins Hiyatoys EXQUISITE BASIC Series! The story follows after the initial confrontation between Godzilla and King Ghidorah, Emi Kano from the future utilizes advanced 23rd-century technology to combat Godzilla.
