Hasbro's second G.I. Joe Classified Series Fan Stream of 'Yo Joe June' included a few new reveals with render images of a new Dusty figure (version 3) and a closer look at the Avalanche Rescue Trooper, which was seen on last week's video.
The main news was the three new releases, which launched for pre-order the same day. They included the new Action Man figure, who comes in packaging branded for Action Man. He includes a raft of accessories and is exclusive to Hasbro Pulse in the US, and the Fan Channel elsewhere, including here in the UK. Action Man is expected to be an October 2026 arrival.
There were then the two vehicles we saw last week, both Hasbro Pulse Exclusives, starting with James "Grand Slam" Barney & H.A.L. (Heavy Artillery Laser) with the laser cannon featuring stabilising legs and laser effect pieces. Grand Slam has a removable helmet and weaponry. The Set is listed as shipping in August 2026.
The HAL can be hitched up to the second release, a new VAMP with updated desert deco alongside Clutch. The VAMP includes the missile launcher, missiles, and rocket effects. You also get vehicle accessories like Jerry Cans, a shovel, wrench, axe, and fire extinguisher. Clutch has a removable helmet and an alternative full helmet head. This one ships in November 2026.

Clutch was a mechanic at Manny’s Mean Machines and was heavily involved in racing street machines prior to enlistment. He graduated Advanced Infantry Training, Covert Ops School, Executive Bodyguard School, and Ranger School. Duke recruited him as chief vehicle technician in charge of the G.I. Joe motor pool. The street racer in him really becomes apparent when Cobra forces are closing in on all sides. That’s when Clutch slams the pedal, and suddenly the enemy is eating dust ten miles back, wondering what happened. While famous for driving and tricking out VAMPs (Multi-Purpose Attack Vehicles), he is adept with all jeeps, quads, APCs, and any other four-wheeled vehicles he can get his hands on.
