This week's 'Bring Home the Bounty' on starwars.com has revealed the next Gaming Greats release in the Star Wars Black Series.
The Senate Guard is a direct reuse of the existing Imperial Guards with blue and black armour. It is taken from The Force Unleashed video game. There is sadly no cloak included which would have allowed this to double up as a Prequel release, albeit without the crested helmet. The guard will wield the dual staff that originally came with the Shadow Guard.
Preorders will open on the 1st of December, with the figure exclusive to Gamestop in the US and sold via the Fan Channel route to Hasbro Pulse, and the independent stockists in the UK and elsewhere globally. The shipping estimates do vary from as early as the 31st January 2022 at Hasbro Pulse UK through to August 2022 at other independent stockists.
