Iron Studios Superman Clark Kent 1/10 Art Scale Statue, DC Comics

Iron Studios confirm the release of their Civilian Clark Kent Superman statue in the 1/10 Art Scale line. The statue features a Clark Kent as he begins his transformation into Superman.

Clark is stood on a rooftop inspired base plinth with pigeons flying in to settle at his feet. A US flag on a flag pole is positioned to the side. This flag is a soft goods addition and can be removed from the piece depending on your display preferences.

The Iron Studios 1/10 Art Scale Clark Kent statue is a Quarter 4 release for 2021.

On top of a building in the big city of Metropolis, Clark Kent, the shy reporter for the Daily Planet tabloid, glimpses the sky with a serious and thoughtful face, focused on a distant target, while opening his shirt revealing his unmistakable red and yellow coat of arms in the shape of an "S" on his so popular blue suit. Ready to take flight, with some pigeons, a subliminal symbol of peace, and next to the flag of the USA, the nation where he was raised and which became his home, this superman is presented by Iron Studios in the imposing "Clark Kent Deluxe Statue - DC Comics - Art Scale 1/10 - Iron Studios ", with the hero of the heroes in his no less important version, of a civilian.

Created in 1938 by Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel, Superman is considered by many to be the first superhero. Kal-El, his original name, is one of the last survivors of the extinct planet Krypton, and he was sent as a baby by his biological father, a renowned scientist, to our planet. On Earth, he was found by a couple of farmers who exceptionally raised him. As an adult, he assumed, as his disguise, the identity of the reporter Clark Kent, in an activity in which he was able to keep himself informed of all the events, enabling him to use his powers to protect humanity both alone and alongside his allies in the Justice League.

About Me : As a child of the 70's and 80's I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force) and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licences - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
