These images are now circulating fully online, taken from a store in the Far East who have ignored the street date of the 30th September. This pretty much confirms the first wave of Rogue One Black Series to be as follows #22 Jyn Erso #23 Cassian Andor #24 K2SO #25 Death Trooper #26 Unmasked Kylo Ren We already knew about Jyn and Kylo from Celebration, but this now fills in the gaps. It does mean however that the other figures we are expecting, including the AT-AT driver, Sabine and Darth Revane, will fall after this wave - at least numerically. We do of course know that C-3PO is #29 and A New Hope Princess Leia #30.

McFarlane's Color Tops are just starting to hit the stores and McFarlane are already announcing the 15th figure in the series via ComicBookResource. Carl Grimes, as played by Chandler Riggs, will be included in the blue wave and his figure is based on his Camouflaged outfit as he escaped the walker herd flooding Alexandria. Carl's sheriff's hat will be removable as will the camouflage poncho. There will be two head options, one with a gunshot wound and the other bandaged. There is no confirmed release schedule at this stage, but we would expect Carl to retail (like the other Color Top figures) around £20 in the UK and $20 in the US.

The following listings have appeared on Amazon as pre-orders for what we assume will be the Rogue Friday (30th September) wave of figures. Some remain under code names and are most likely linked to Rogue One - although the Tertiery Droid may be TFA C-3PO and an unmasked Kylo Ren should be in their somewhere also... The price are $19.99 in the main, with a couple at $21.99 Sadly for UK customers, the weak £ means that you will be paying import tax on any single figure, and the P&P is quite high (possibly a default rate until the exact weight and sizes are known). UK customers will be paying close to £30 per figure to ship over to UK. The following images have also circulated today of a 3.75" Tie Striker as well as the boxed art for the U-Wing (pictures via Idle Hands). There has also been some in hand shots of Rogue One Jyn Erso (normal box) as well as Captain Cassian Andor (who looks pretty spectacular). These images (uncredited at this stage) appear to have come out from a source in the Far East. We don't think Jango or Ahsoka are being repacked and are simply on the same shelf (but we will have to wait and see)

September 2016 will see us reach Series 3 of Diamond's Ghostbuster Select range, with the 7th, 8th and 9th figures of the 15 figure set. The inclusion of Ray means this is his 3rd release in under 12months if you include the Marshmallow SDCC version. But if you want to complete your diorama rooftop then Ray will have to be purchased as he will be packed with different roof parts to his Series 1 version - he is of course a sculpt variance with a new torso and labelled up as "Quittin Time Ray". The other two figures will be of more interest, particularly Slimer who comes with three different head options and his own clear flight stand. Janine may suffer a little from being a plain clothed human, in the same way Louis Tully hung around quite a lot in Series 1 - but even Louis now seems to have sold through, as has Dana from Series 2. The 1/12 SH Figuarts Hawkeye figure has been knocking around for a while now in promo displays at various Far East trade shows. And finally, over a year after Age of Ultron debuted at the Cinema, Hawkeye's release details have come through. Hawkeye pre-orders are being taken now, and the figure will ship early in January 2017. Hawkeye will come packed with two bow options that are sculpted already with the hand attached and therefore swap out at the wrist to either a bow loose or bow pulled back with arrow in place option. He will also come with a quiver. He will set you back 6480 Yen in Japan, that equates to around £50 for UK customers and $65 - expect to add some extra to these UK/US prices for import costs. Hawkeye rounds out the Age of Ultron core team for SH Figuarts and we would expect all future releases now to be Civil War based as a minimum, or more likely see them move to Doctor Strange and then into the 2017 movie's.

NECA have confirmed that their Newt figure, previously a limited SDCC exclusive, will get a second wider reaching release as part of the 30th Anniversary "Rescuing Newt" box set. It will be presented in a window box similar to the ones used for NECA's Ultimate line. Looking at the images released so far it appears that Newt's doll Casey and the Marine Helmet that were packed with the SDCC version will not be included. What is included is a new "fire"effect for the Flame unit. The set will start shipping in November 2016 - watch out for pre-orders going up very soon. Marvel.com have just announced the winner of the 2016 Fan's Choice Award for Marvel Legends. "We're proud to announce Songbird as the winner of the 2016 Hasbro Marvel Legends fan vote! Thank you to everyone who voted and look for the figure as part of the 2018 Hasbro Marvel Legends series."

The ship will be a class 2, so will retail around $50 in the US / £40 in the UK - similar to the Tie Fighter and X-Wing's from last year. Following the current trend the ship will fire Nerf darts. Most Bootleg or Knock off figures are either cheaper copies of an existing sculpt. or a really poor attempt at recreating the character they are meant to be. Although we don't condone the practice, it is always interesting to watch how the bootleg industry is developing. A huge batch of bootlegs appear to be breaking this trend of poor quality / stolen molds and are generating a lot of internet interest - mainly due to the inclusion of one man... Vision. Since his appearance in Age of Ultron, Vision is yet to get a movie accurate 6-7" figure, so it is really interesting in the effort that has gone into making this bootleg version, including a pretty accurate face sculpt and textured outfit. Both Marvel Legends & Marvel Select collectors are already looking to see if this Vision will fit with their collections. So far the jury is out, but Vision apparently stands 17.5cm high, which is just under 7". This puts him closer to Select territory than Legends, but also a tad undersized in Select terms to his height in the movie - checkout some comparison pictures below. The only other "in hand" figure we've seen is Scarlet Witch, which stands 15.5cm. This is a touch over 6" high, so probably too tall for Legends (who are getting their own Scarlet Witch later this year) but maybe too short for Select collectors. From the other figures there are several other piece of interest, albeit depending on size. quality and paint job. Civil War Ant-Man, Black Panther, War Machine and Hawkeye are all figures that Select 7" collectors in particular would interested in adding to their collection. Iron Man, Falcon, Black Wdow and Captain America are also decent enough looking and are possibly close enough to be using the molds from the Hasbro versions? Only Winter Soldier appears to be a complete disaster, with an over exagerated muscular torso and some interesting face paint apps.

A number of retailers, including our affiliate Forbidden Planet, have confirmed and listed the full wave breakdown for the Hasbro Marvel Legends Doctor Strange wave and therefore confirm the final two figures. Enchantress will be included, a darker repaint of the sculpt used in the SDCC Raft set. The other is Astral Plain Doctor Strange, using the movie sculpt of Benedict Cumberbatch. The full wave will allow you to build Dormammu as the BAF. The full wave will be...
