Mezco have announced a special Wolverine One:12 Collective 6" figure will be available as their Fall Exclusive. This will be sold at NYCC 2017 in October as well as direct from Mezco - preorders start on the 13th September. "The yellow and blue Wolverine will be available on our site for preorder next Wednesday, the 13th. As with all of our exclusives, he'll only be available on our website or at our booth at NYCC at booth #1954, from Oct. 5th to the 8th. Until that happens, feel free to check out our behind-the-scenes photos below!" The releaase will use elements of the existing Wolverine (brown & yellow outfit) but with the more iconic yellow tiger stripe costume. It will also come with extras like an unmasked Logan head and Mask of Ogun. We will update this thread with full details when the pre-order goes live.

Hasbro's HASCON event has not thrown up anything new for the 6" Star Wars Black Series, other than another look at those awesome dioramas from San Diego. We did finally see Snoke and Rose lined up with other figures, and it confirms Snoke is very tall at around 7" as a figure. For the returning Vintage 3.75" line it was confirmed that Snoke would also make an appearance in this line. And we got a better look at that Rogue One Hover Tank. New figures were confirmed in the basic range including new Last Jedi versions of Rey and Luke and a Leia figure. There was confirmation of an R2-D2 figure, Yoda and a figure of the DJ from Canto Bight (as played by Benicio del Toro). There is also a 3-pack coming containing new character Rose, in First Order disguise, alongisde BB-8 and the new "bad" BB unit, BB-9E

NECA announced they have picked up the licecce for the new Stephen King IT movie and will be releasing figures and other products from the movie in 2018. "In theaters today, on your shelf soon! Full line of action figures and more coming in 2018 from NECA." It wil be interesting to see the direction NECA are going to go with this range. A "full line of figures" indicates more than the titular character of Pennywise. That could mean that they may go down the 8" Mego style route, a direction they've taken with other properties like Home Alone or Hateful 8. NECA have announced, via ScreamFactory, a new 8" Mego style horror figure. This will be a Bluray tie in release for the remastered movie Silent Night, Deadly Night. Silent Night, Deadly Night is the heartwarming story of little Billy Chapman who was traumatized by his parents' Christmas Eve murder, then brutalized by sadistic orphanage nuns. But when grown-up Billy is to dress as jolly St. Nick, he goes on a yuletide rampage to "punish the naughty!" Santa Claus is coming to town ... and this time he's got an axe! SH Figuarts are releasing a companion piece to their 1/12 Darth Maul - a compatible Sith Speeder and Sith Droid. The set will be released in April 2018, with preorders looking to open at the end of September. The set is designed for the released SH Figuarts Darth Maul, the figure is NOT included. The RRP in Japan is 5184 Yen, that is only £36 or $47, but the price will rise once its gone through Bluefin for importing.

The Carter Burke & Xenomorph set, including the Welcome to Hadleys Hope sign, has been revaled in its clamshell by NECA - one step closer to release. While these set stays faithful to the clamshell design, it doesnt seem to have any artwork to the side of the blister. The front card has also moved from a blue to red theme

Diamond's long awaited 7" Select Pulp Fiction figures are preparing to ship, and these packaged images have been unveiled by DST. The red theme stands out really well and is very reminiscent of the visuals used on the movie posters and original VHS versions. The first wave contains Marsellus Wallace, Jules Winnfield and Butch Coolidge. Each come with a diorama piece. These should hit stores from 13th of September, and DST are usually consistent with UK and US release dates. Quentin Tarantino's 1994 movie masterpiece has been brought to life as highly detailed 7-inch collectible figures. The first series includes go-for-broke boxer Butch Coolidge, born-again hitman Jules Winnfield and fearsome mob boss Marsellus Wallace. Each character is 7-inch scale, with detailed paint applications and the actor's likeness, as well as 16 points of articulation and character-specific accessories. Plus, each character comes with a diorama piece - Jules includes the room where the big shootout takes place, while Butch and Marsellus each come with a piece of sidewalk from their chase scene! US retailer Barnes & Noble will be carrying the Black Series Guardians of Evil 4-Pack as well as Gamestop. For what ever reason the set is actually $10 cheaper at B&N. This is therefore the cheapest option for US collectors. But it also provides a lower price option for UK customers as like Gamestop, B&N will ship to UK. Once you add to basket and get to checkout you will be adding $12.98 for basic shipping to UK, that is a total of $92.93. This equates to £71.75. However, the item will be subject to Import VAT so you need to add 20% to this which is £14.35. There is also not an option to pay this in advance, so if your item is held for Import Tax on arrival to the UK it will also incur an "admin fee" which would be between £8 and £15 depending on the carrier.
