Hasbro have revealed a whole swathe of new promotional images for their X-Force themed Wendigo Marvel Legends wave - the set includes X-Force Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Mr Sinister, Guardian, Cannonball and Boom Boom. Parts are included to complete a Wendigo Build-a-Figure. The wave is starting to land now.

NECA have shared images of their Ultimate 7 inch scale Friday the 13th Part 5 Roy Burns figure in packaging. Roy is due to release later this summer.

The first of Diamond Select Toys new 7 inch Bruce Lee figures - yellow jumpsuit - should drop in August 2019. And hot on its heels is another Bruce Lee figure, this time shirtless and in his black pants as seen in Fists of Fury (1971). The figure will include "a number of accessories" but as yet these are not fully confirmed or revealed - although we expect nunchucks to be one of them.. The figure is down for a December 2019 release. The Dragon returns for Series 2 of Bruce Lee 7-inch-scale action figures! This shirtless, black-pants-wearing rendition of the legendary martial artist features the most articulation ever in a Select action figure, as well as multiple accessories and interchangeable parts. After revealing it at SDCC 2019, Diamond Select Toys have released the promotional images and info for their Spider-Man PS4 Select Action Figure. PS4 Spider-Man will come in the standard Select packaging and will include an alternative head (not seen yet) and alternative hands. Web efect pieces will also be included. There is no details of a diorama stand as has been usual in the Select releases. PS4 Spider-Man is down for a December 2019 release and pre-orders are now starting to open. Spider-Man from the 2018 action-adventure video game is joining the Marvel Select action figure line! The Marvel Select line expands into the gamerverse with this 7-inch scale action figure of Spider-Man as he appears in his eponymous game for the PS4. Included with the figure are interchangeable hands, head, and web accessories. The 3rd Avengers Endgame Marvel Legends wave was revealed at the Hasbro Press Breakfast ahead of the first full day of SDCC 2019. The wave will be completely MCU based, following the precedent set by the 2nd wave of Black Panther figures. It also fills in some gaps in the MCU particularly with the inclusion of Heimdall. He is labelled as Infinity War, but is of course the same appearance as Thor Ragnarok. He will come with the Odinsword. Going back a bit further we have a Civil War Vision. This is a re-use of the 2-pack version from Infinity War (with Scarlet Witch) but there is a key point of difference as this version has partially translucent head and hands. From Endgame itself we have the Iron-Man Mk85 who will come (we think) with a Nano Gauntlet. This does look a touch too big for Iron-Man and may indicate a Smart Hulk is still on the cards. Sadly there is no unmasked Tony Stark head in what is essentially his final appearance in the MCU. Joining Iron-Man is Valkyrie, this time in her white suit as seen in Ragnarok and also in Endgame. While the figure looks awesome, it does put pay (more or less) to those slim hopes of her coming in the Riders series with her Pegasus. The wave 2 War Machine gets a repaint and is now the more accurate blue & red Iron Patriot colour scheme. And to finish off we have Captain America. This is Cap in his original Avengers costume from the time travel scenes back to the battle of New York. I think it uses the Nano Suit Head from Wave 1, but the body does look new. And the best bit is the BAF for this wave, it is Thor! Complete with Stormbreaker as well as his dressing gown, sunglasses and tartan lounge pants. This is of course not the full Marvel Legends reveals for SDCC 2019 with Hasbro hosting a Marvel Legends panel tomorrow (Friday 19th) at 4.30pm - that is just after midnight UK time. We have more Star Wars Black Series landing in Entertainer stores throughout the UK. The Starkiller Base Centrepiece seems to be landing in bigger volumes, the store I was in (Newcastle Metro Centre) had four of them at £39.99 each. These can also now be ordered for Home Delivery at £39.99 with free delivery. The FX Stormtrooper has now arrived on shelves. Sadly the price has reverted to £24.99 after sitting online at £12.49 for a week or so. There was plenty of these on the shelves. We also still have the Kylo Ren Throne Room set at £14.99 and the Solo Chewbacca (with Goggles) at £11 We would expect the next arrivals to be Rey on Crait and/or the Han Solo and Mynock set.

Medicom have unveiled the promotional details for their MAFEX The Dark Knight Returns Batman figure. This new Batman comes with a soft goods cape to give more fluidity to posing. There are two head options and some swap out hands - one with a fist full of batarangs. He is scheduled for a May 2020 release.

Medicom have released a full promotional gallery for their MAFEX Miles Morales Spider-man figure from Into the Spider-Verse. The figure was displayed at the recent Medicom Toy Exhibition in Japan alongside a Peter Parker from the same film. The set includes a base sculpted body for Miles in his black Spider-Suit. You can then add soft goods hoody and shorts and swap out his feet for sneakers. There are four head options as well as a mask he can hold. The usual webbing FX pieces are also included. The figure is due for a June 2020 release, so there is quite a wait until this figure can join your Spider-Verse.

Medicom have released the promotional images for their new MAFEX Spider-Man 1/12 figure. This revised version of their comic-book Spidey is updated with shaded paint job to represent the shading we see in comic books. Spider-Man comes with three head options, swap out hands and web effects. He is due for a December 2019 release.

NECA and Shout Factory announced one Exclusive Horror release at SDCC 2019, but it seems there are more to come. The next appears to be a more usual pack in exclusive figure with a Bluray release. The set will be a 4k release of the Slumber Party Massacre as a Steelbook and will include an 8 inch figure of the killer, Russ Thorn. Russ comes with knife and his power drill. We await more details from NECA & Shout Factory.

B&M are clearing out a few items ahead of what could be a reset on toys - the store I was in had cleared quite a lot of shelving. Doctor Who 3-Packs are still £12, and if your local store still has them the 4th Doctor and TARDIS is £10. DC Collectibles Icon Series and Batman Animated Series are reduced to £5 each.
