A new McFarlane 7 inch scale Fortnite deluxe set has gone up on Amazon US made up of two new figures and the long awaited Shopping Trolley accessory. The set recycles Cuddle Team Leader, now in the patriotic Fireworks Team Leader skin. It also includes Warpaint. This skin uses the Jonesy figure with a new head sculpt and paint job. Both figure are appropriate armed with machine guns - but no harvesting tools. This represents the first deluxe pack for McFarlane and it will retail at $39.99 in the US and likely a £40 price tag here in the UK when it drops. It is currently up for pre-order on Amazon with a 25th October 2019 release date. The Amazon US site will ship to UK and charge all appropriate custom costs in advance - if you order from them you will be paying circa £49 at the current exchange rate. Mezco have released the full details of their new Sovereign Batman vs Dark Mask One:12 Collective double pack. The set gives the Sovereign Batman and updated Bat-Suit with body armour. He comes with two ead options, a slew of hand options and a large selection of weapons - including Batarangs, Grappling Gun and Sonic Disruptor. Crime Boss Black Mask will arrive in a soft goods tailored pinstripe suit. He has a breifcase bomb with light up features when opened. He too has alternative hand options as well as a hand gun and machine gun. Both figures will come with a display mask with appropriate logo. The set is an Autumn Exclusive and the online portion has already sold out at the $150 price tag. The pack will also be sold at NYCC 2019 at the Mezco booth for the same price. Those that did manage to pre-order will get the item after NYCC 2019. "Continuing to wage his one-man war on crime, Batman: Sovereign Knight now faces off with the infamous mob boss known as Black Mask. The One:12 Collective Batman: Sovereign Knight features an upgraded Bat-Suit with body armor detail and a reinforced breast plate bat insignia. Black Mask, also known as Roman Sionis, is a mob boss who controls large sections of Gotham City’s criminal underworld. Leader of the False Face Society, Black Mask is a longtime enemy of Batman and one of the most prominent figures in Gotham City’s organized crime."

I can confirm that the Star Wars Black Series Stormtrooper with FX blast pieces has dropped to £14.99 at The Entertainer. The figure has been sat at £24.99 for some time and is not shifting, but I suspect at this lower price point it will move quite quickly. It is also available online for the same price. The figure is also being sold in Matalan stores. Matalan and The Entertainer have partnered up to put concession toys into Matalan in a section called "The Toy Shop", these are supplied by The Entertainer and are priced similarly. The Trooper in Matalan was priced at £12.49 a week or so ago, but that seemed to be an error. It is now at £24.99 but expect a cut soon in line with The Entertainer. The Matalan deal of course does mean you can shop some of The Entertainer stock on a Sunday when the Entertainer stores are closed.

Diamond Select's new Jay and Silent Bob figures, from their upcoming reboot movie, were unveiled at San Diego Comic Con 2019. Diamond have now released the promotional images and pre-order details. Jay and Silent Bob are due for a February 2020 release and will come in their new outfits from the Reboot movie and "movie specific accessories" - as yet we are unclear what these accessories will be. McFarlane's new licence, My Hero Academia, has its first wave released in October 2019. And it seems that we have some variants coming too - exclusive to Gamestop in the US. The variants are repaints of All Might and Izuku Midoriya and are due to arrive in Gamestop stores in November 2019. It is unclear if the figures will make their way to the UK.

Diamond have released a new promotional image of their John Wick Chapter 2 figure as it goes online for pre-order. John will come with a machine gun, blood oath marker and his unnamed dog. The figure is due for a February 2020 release. John Wick is back with an all-new action figure inspired by John Wick: Chapter 2! Images have been shared on Instagram of a new Star Wars Black Series Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker from Return of the Jedi The figure is in phase 3 packaging and is not numbered, making it an exclusive. Yakface report this was expected to be a Walmart exclusive, but that the origin of photos obtained it via some sale of Disney properly (not quite sure what that means). More as it comes in...

"I have a bad feeling about this" It's more White Series than Black Series with what seems to be a full wave of variant packaged Star Wars 6 inch figures for Triple Force Friday. We had seen a white boxed Sith Trooper earlier in September, but now these images from a Puerto Rican Walmart show that all 8 figures from the Triple Force Friday wave will have a standard release AND a set of the white boxes marked up as First Edition releases. With no confirmation of any UK stores stocking these as of the 4th of October it is unclear if these will be on any UK store shelves in October. Previews World will be supplying another Mezco One:12 Exclusive via their catalogue to independent stockists - a Marvel Now version of Magneto in his white outfit. The figure, which uses the existing body and accessories, is now dressed fully in white including his helmet and cape. He comes with a helmeted and un-helmeted head and a selection of alternative hands. There are also three special magnetic powered FX hands and pieces - one with a brilliant dismantled hand gun. He is due for a May 2020 release, with Previews taking pre-orders now from stores until the 14th of October. Magneto, the metal-bending anti-hero, is now a Previews World Exclusive! Magneto stands at approximately 17cm tall and features over 30 points of articulation. He features 6 interchangeable hands and 2 interchangeable heads. The powerful mutant is outfitted in an X-men issued mission suit with cape, wrist gauntlets, duty belt, and armored boots. Magneto is well-equipped to lead the mutant rebellion with a range of magnetic effects including a gun disassembling effect and magnetic force effects that are affixed to his interchangeable hands. Both magnetic force effects are imbedded with magnets, capable of holding small metal objects. The One:12 Collective Magneto: Marvel Now Edition is only available through Previews World.

Mezco have announced a new Batman release - a special 2 pack of their Sovereign Batman On:12 figure and a new Black Mask figure. At the moment we have an unboxing video for the set, with the full details and pre-orders due to go up on the 21st of September.

Amazon have listed a set of Doctor Who role play sonic screwdrivers for pre-order.Brilliantly, rather than being listed under Toys it is currently in DIY tools. They seem to be the same 6 screwdrivers currently individually packed in B&M stores and are screwdrivers from the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seven/Eighth, Tenth and Eleventh/Twelfth Doctors.
