Hasbro have announced a new Transformers Studio Series release, a Deluxe Class N.E.S.T. Bumblebee, reimagined from the Canyon Scene in the 2018 Bumblebee movie. The figure transforms between Bumblebee and a N.E.S.T. Jeep and also features a scaled mini-figurine of a N.E.S.T. agent. The N.E.S.T. In a formal press release, NECA has confirmed they are bringing Miyamoto Usagi to their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line of action figures. The Rabbit Ronin is licensed in partnership with Usagi's creator Stan Sakai and the Usagi Yojimbo comic book series. Tamashii Nations have confirmed that they are releasing a new version of their Meisho Movie Realization Mandalorian figure. This time around we have the full Beskar Armour Din Djarin realized in a Medieval Japanese setting. He will come with a similarly themed Grogu, and a medieval-style pram. Two new Lex Luthor figures have been unveiled in the McFarlane DC Multiverse line, with both going up for pre-order at various online locations for an October 2021 release. Up first is Lex Luthor in the green Power Suit, as seen in the New-52 comic series. The figure has an alternative set of hands and the usual circular display stand and art card. He is joined by a Lex Luthor in blue Power Suit from the Justice League: Darkseid War series. This Lex Luthor comes with a Throne as well as a stand and art card. While the releases are similar, there does not seem to be any significant part sharing between the two figures. In their Fan First Friday event on the 16th of July 2021, Hasbro officially announced a brand new HasLab project for 2022, Galactus! Galactus will be the biggest Marvel Legends ever, bigger than the Sentinel at a total height of 32 inches. He features full articulation as well as built-in LED lights on his chest, eyes, and helmet. The faceplate can be exchanged, so Galactus can present alternative expressions. Like all HasLab projects, this is a crowdfunded product and 14,000 backers are needed to make Galactus a reality. The backing period runs for 45 days to the 30th of August 2021. There will be rewards and additional add-ons when selected thresholds are met. The first threshold has been unveiled (as of the 2nd of August) at 16,000 backers and will be a 6-inch Marvel Legends figure of Frankie Raye Nova. The project was backed fully as of the 27th of August 2021 and the Frankie Raye Nova figure level met soon after. Two new tiers were unveiled as Silver Surfer at 17,000 backers and Morg at 20,000 backers - these were both surpassed quickly and the final tier for 22,000 backers was confirmed as an alternative Doctor Doom head. The Galactus HasLab will be run via Hasbro Pulse both in the US ($399.99) and in the UK, with a UK price of £399.99. In Mexico, collectors should use Juguetibici. The wave containing the first Marvel Legends for December's highly anticipated Spider-Man: No Way Home has been fully revealed. We have known for some time that the MCU figures will be Spider-Man in both a black suit and a version of the Iron-Spider suit, along with J. Jonah Jameson - complete with two heads - and a Doctor Strange. The wave will be rounded out with comic book figures of Shriek and Morlun, and a Gamerverse Miles Morales Spider-Man with unmasked head. The Build-a-figure is a comic book Armadillo. The wave is no live for pre-order at all good sites with October being cited for their arrival. We knew another Marvel Legends Army Builder was on the way thanks to a teaser image a few weeks ago. As expected, it is a SHIELD agent set and a 2-pack at that giving you two SHIELD agent bodies as well as two variant helmet heads, and three more unmasked heads. There is also a good selection of hands and 6 different weapons. A further Army Builder release has also been revealed as The Skrull, the source of that space-age weapon accessory teased a short while ago. The Skrull Army Builder will come with an alternative head as well as two Skrull weapons. Like all Army Builder sets these will be sold via Hasbro Pulse and some selected retailers, and are in a slimmed-down closed box. McFarlane has revealed two new Batman figures from the Justice League: The Amazo Virus story-arc. The Batman Hazmat Suit standard figure is a general release, and we then have a Walmart exclusive Gold Label version with a light-up chest logo. This exclusive will retail at a higher price point with McFarlane listing $29.99 for the Gold Label over the usual $19.99.
