A little under 3 weeks ago now I was taken quite ill and straight into ICU for treatment. While I am still in hospital and will be for a longer spell than I'd hoped, I do feel better and getting there step by step. These circumstances have led to a pretty poor service from the website and channels and for that I apologise. While all the databases are working they will not be updated for a while yet, but are my priority. We've also had no news posts, for ages but I will now try and focus on doing a bit each week now. Reviews, still have to get back on track in the summer and beyond. Thinking of you all.

The Star Wars Celebration Hasbro Panel has revealed the following new 6-inch scale Black Series figures incoming in Spring 2023. All of the full reveals are live for pre-order as of the 1st of June 2022. There had been a number of reveals from the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series ahead of the panel including Obi-Wan, Reva, Grand Inquisitor, Fifth Brother, and Fourth Sister. The Obi-Wan Wandering Jedi figure is now confirmed as coming with the LOLA droid. We know from boxed shots at Celebration that the Grand Inquisitor is number 9 in the Obi-Wan series - so we do have at least 4 other figures to come. Looking at side art images Reva is 3 and Fifth Brother is 4 with figure in between Obi-Wan and Reva in the sequence. Reva and Obi-Wan are part of the next Galaxy Collection Wave (Wave 8) with two other figures yo officially confirm for that wave - and we'd then expect another full wave to be confirmed for the other figures as none are listed as exclusive. From The Mandalorian is a Season 2 Magistrate Greef Karga. There was also a look at some of the other pipeline figures already announced including Aayla Secura, and Clone Wars Darth Maul. The first figure from the new Jedi Survivor video game is the Riot Scout Trooper in the Gaming Greats line and this one should hit shelves in the Autumn this year. The Black Series pipeline reveals were both from The Old Republic with Bastila Shan and Darth Malek. The Stormtrooper Replica Helmet will be released again with the yellow paintwork of the Artillery Trooper from Season 2 of The Mandalorian. And the next HasLab project is confirmed as a Black Series Replica of Reva's double lightsaber from the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ show. This project is now live with a £499 price tag. Revealed at Star Wars Celebration is the 6 inch Black Series Grand Inquisitor from Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+. The Inquisitor joins the already revealed figures of Obi-Wan and Reva, but is numbered 9 in the Obi-Wan Galaxy Collection Series so it seems Hasbro have at least 6 other figures to reveal. We can preorder the Grand Inquisitor as of the 1st of June 2022.

Also revealed at Star Wars Celebration are Black Series figures of both the Fourth Sister and Fifth Brother, rounding out the Inquisitors we have seen in Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+ Both figures feature their twin red lightsabers with a back mounting option for the Fifth brother.

The first official 'Obi-Wan Wednesday' saw the reveal of another Star Wars Black Series figure from the incoming Disney+ Obi-Wan Kenobi series. Joining the already announced Wandering Jedi Obi-Wan is Reva, the Third Sister, as played by Moses Ingram. The figure features the dual-bladed Inquisitor lightsaber as well as what appears to be a soft goods cape. You can pre-order Reva from the 26th of May 2022 and she is part of the Galaxy Collection Wave 8 alongside Obi-Wan, Ewok Village Leia, Republic Security Droid, and Figrin D'an. That leaves two more figures to be revealed, and these are also expected to be from the Kenobi series and should be revealed through the run of the show as part of the Obi-Wan Wednesday activity. Following on from the Star Wars Black Series Convention Exclusive of Dave Filoni (Trapper Wolf) from last year is this new figure of Jon Favreau, unmasked as Pav Vizsla from The Mandalorian. The exclusive was revealed today by IGN, and the article confirms the figure won't physically be at San Diego Comic-Con but attendees at SDCC will have the first opportunity to pre-order the item ahead of an Autumn 2022 release via the Hasbro booth (#2404). Further pre-order details will follow including international options which we assume will all be done via Hasbro Pulse for the UK and Germany. The US price is $39.99 The set uses the existing Pav Vizsla figure and heavy weapon but now with the photo-real Jon Favreau head. The packaging is the same as that used over the past couple of years with a slanted side white, black and gold box that slides open to reveal the figure within. McFarlane have signaled their intention to release new Warhammer 40k product based on the upcoming first-person shooter, Dark Tide. We would assume that will include the Inquisitorial Agents and include characters like the Imperial Guard Trooper as seen in the trailer, as well as potential enemies from the game such as the Poxwalkers or Chaos Traitors. The game is still down as a 2022 release so we would likely see the figures in Autumn/Winter.
