Another six McFarlane DC Multiverse figures have been listed for pre-order ahead of a Spring 2023 release. They include the Armored Batman from Kingdom Come, The Flash as seen in Jay Garrick: The Flash Age, Kon-El Superboy, The Signal Duke Thomas, and Gladiator Batman from Dark Nights: Metal. There is also a new Gold Label release of the Kyle Rayner Blue Lantern. This is a McFarlane Store Exclusive in the US - but it may come to the UK as a more general release via the UK distributor Bandai. All six of the figures are listed as due for release in March 2023. The first ever Hasbro Fan First Livestream for the Indiana Jones license took place on the 11th of January and we had three new 6-inch figures revealed for the Adventure Series. From The Temple of Doom comes Indiana Jones as seen in Club Obi-Wan, complete with diamond, urn, antidote, sword, and flaming skewer. Club Obi-Wan Indy is a Target exclusive in the US, Toys R' Us in Canada, and sold via the Fan Channel in the UK and Europe - including Hasbro Pulse. Then moving to The Last Crusade we have an exclusive Professor Indiana Jones who will be packed with the grail diary, Knights Templar shield, and a flaming torch. Also from the Last Crusade is Walter Donovan who comes with a false grail, stone tablet, pistol, and an alternative aged head. Both Donovan and Professor Indy are Walmart US Exclusives and will be sold as Fan Channel releases in UK and Europe. All of these new Adventure Series figures are Sring 2023 releases. Hasbro also confirmed some pipeline releases for the Adventure Series, albeit without any images. From The Temple of Doom, we can look forward to an Indy from the rope bridge scene, a hypnotized Indy from the Thuggee Ceremony, and a Short Round. Then from The DIal of Destiny 2023 movie, we have another Indy figure and Pheobe Waller-Bridge's character, Helena Shaw. The other products revealed at the Live Event and in the following press releases included four new 3.75-inch Retro figures of Marion Ravenwood, Toht, German Mechanic, and Rene Belloq. There will also be a more kid-focused line of 2.5-inch figures called the Worlds of Adventure with mini figures and vehicles/playsets from across the Indiana Jones franchise. A set of special Usagi Yojimbo figures from the NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle line have gone up for pre-order via the Stan Sakai official website. McFarlane have released details of three new Artists Proof Platinum Edition chase figures in their DC Multiverse line. The trio are all grey and unpainted versions and include Green Arrow as seen in the Injustice 2 videogame, The Flash from the CW TV Series, and the Damian Wayne Robin from Infinite Frontier As chase figures, we assume these will be randomly packed in cases of the painted Injustice 2 figures. The first X-Men wave of Marvel Legends for 2023 has gone live for pre-order as of the 10th of January 2023 and with this comes a full set of promo images and the relevant promo blurb for each figure. Game are certainly well into the Action Figure game nowadays with plenty of Hasbro stock in particular - with some great deals on older figures. I popped into my local store today and turned up the new Dungeons & Dragons Cartoon figures now on shelves at £26.99 - although the store I was in only had Diana. They are putting these out with the other D&D and Warhammer gaming stock not with the other figures. Over at the action figure section, one of the new bits I could see was the limited POA 6-pack from last year at a bargain price of £10.99. While these are not everyone's cup of tea, the Mandalorian in this set does have a particularly impressive helmet sculpt for Black Series customisers. I also spotted as I was leaving the Boba Fett from Droids, it was priced at the full RRP of £28.99 but worth keeping an eye on to see if it reduces at all. I got into another B&M store today and found a couple of new DC sets that I had not seen before. The Batman Who Laughs pack with the Batman who Laughs and three Jokers is on shelves now at £39.99. Sitting alongside is the Batman vs Azrael in Batman Armour at £24.99 Next to the McFarlane DC figures I found a stack of DC Collectibles 2-packs of Dr. Manhattan and Ozymandius from Watchman - these were marked up as reduced to just £10. To celebrate the start of Doctor Who's 60th Anniversary, Character Options revealed a brand new 5.5 inch Doctor Who Collectors set based on the 2022 story, Power of the Doctor. The Regeneration Set features Jodie Whitaker's 13th Doctor in the outfit created by the Master and an amalgam of previous Doctor's outfits. She will come with a sonic screwdriver.
