“I’m thinking like a soldier” The final Star Wars Black Series Galaxy Collection Wave of 2024, Wave 19, featured a mix of new figures from across the Star Wars Universe including three figures who would bridge the gap between the first season of Andor in 2022 and the upcoming second season in 2025. To this point, only 9 numbered figures had been released from Andor as well as an exclusive 2-pack. The new additions are numbers 10 through 12 and are the first Andor figures to come in the newer format Galaxy Collection packaging. The box design remains broadly the same but now removes the angled side to create a squared-off box with a central window. The base colour for the box is black, with an accent colour applied for the text and artwork. For Andor, this is an orange/red tone. Cassian Andor is number 10 in the series, with the numbering now shown on the front as well as the back. The side artwork shows Cassian in his newer Rebel gear and connects directly to the 09 release of Vel Sertha albeit with a slightly darker finish. The rear of the box is also specific to Season 2 but gives nothing away other than the journey we know Cassian to be on as we head to the events of Rogue One. One additional upgrade in these new boxes is a colour-coded backdrop for the figures and this also features a hint of background although for Cassian this is a very non-descript sky. At the time of writing there are very few images of Cassian Andor in Season 2 and with the series intending to cover multiple years between Season 1 and the events of Rogue One the outfits and uniforms worn by Cassian are likely to change. The figure is wearing a black undershirt over which is a complex jacket in black with brown trims and panels including multiple pockets and widgets as well as ribbing down either sleeve. This is very accurate to one of the early stills from Season 2 where Cassian is apparently on Yavin - although in that image the undershirt was a cream colour. The trousers are a plain black with sculpted piping and pockets and these are then tucked into a pair of brown ankle boots with painted straps and buckles. The outfit is finished with an individual softer plastic belt complete with a painted buckle, and a side holster that also straps around Andor’s right thigh. The head sculpt is new and includes a shorter hairpiece than the Season 1 figure and a neater beard. The realism is excellent using the facial printing technology, I am just not sure it is a perfect likeness of Diego Luna. Cassian comes with a pair of hand blaster options, both seem to be new to the line and specific to the blasters we will see him with in Season 2. The larger of the two looks similar in design to a DL-44 and includes a stocky body with black base colouration and a gunmetal application on the front section and the barrel.  It is joined by a slimmer blaster pistol with the same colouring but with a much sleeker profile and barrel. Both blasters will fit into Cassian’s right hand where the trigger finger is split from the rest of the grip and left flexible to slot into the blaster trigger. The left hand will hold the weapon but lacks the trigger finger leaving the grip awkward and unnatural. Both blasters will fit into the holster, although it is sized and shaped for the larger of the two.  Articulation is 19 points of pinless joints and in the newer configuration for Black Series. This means we have lost the unsightly thigh swivel with the leg swivel added at the knee and to the cut of Cassian’s boots. The arms feature a butterfly shoulder extending their range of motion. And the neck is dual-jointed which gives the head a range of motion without the need for ugly visible peg joints.  The new joints also aid in the overall look of the figure with the joints better disguised within the profile of the costume and also removing areas that used to suffer with paint finish variations such as painting flesh onto the neck or matching the colour between upper and lower thighs. Cassian is easy to pose, with joints that are secure and stable enough for kneeling and standing positions and more dynamic firing poses.  The Season 2 Cassian Andor is a strong release showcasing many of the improvements we’ve seen in the Black Series in recent months with much-improved decor from the 2022 releases of the same character although I am not fully convinced by the overall likeness from certain angles. The articulation improvements also enhance the look of the figures while providing the same level of movement as older releases and in some cases improved articulation, particularly with the arms and neck range of movement. The figure may initially struggle on sale with no direct hype for Andor Season 2 at the point this is released. Depending on how well the Season is received, this may be a shelf warmer for a few months before collectors start to get invested. That is a shame, but of course, Hasbro’s release schedule was likely based on the Season’s original airdate for Autumn 2024. Revealed as part of the 'Gift the Galaxy' series of reveals is a new Star Wars Vintage Collection 3-Pack based on Heir to the Empire. NECA has announced two new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles releases: a new 3-Pack of the Ghost Brothers from The Last Ronin and a Deluxe release of Leatherhead from Mirage Comics. “I find that answer vague and unconvincing!” In 2021 Hasbro marked the 5th Anniversary of Rogue One with a number of releases in the Black Series line as part of their new Galaxy Collection packaging and connective artwork boxes. Within this were a number of new releases, but also a reworking of five of the original Rogue One figures giving most of them a makeover both in figure decor and in packaging.  The wave was a Fan Channel release. The third figure in the wave was K-2SO following on from Jyn Erso and Cassian Andor in the connecting montage using the slanted sides of the Galaxy Collection boxes and the assigned Cyan colouring for the Rogue One collection. The inclusion of K-2SO in this wave appears to have been driven more by giving us the five key Rebels ahead of the long-awaited release of Bodhi Rook rather than the need to make any improvements to K-2SO himself. There are very limited factory paintwork updates on this figure vs the 2016 release  with K2 cast in a matt black finish with gunmetal joints. The droid's body is then trimmed with orange at the shoulders and hips, with component parts around the chest added in white and blue with a touch more gunmetal silver.  The head also features a matt black base with white painted eyes and silver and red component parts. ‘Damaged’ paintwork is added on the head, and down the body using silver scratched applications and the figure is finalised with two silver Imperial decals - one on each shoulder. K2 has no accessories, there has been no move on this update to give him the blaster he finally ends up with to hold of the Imperials on Scariff.  Articulation is designed around the Droid body using very visible rotating pivots at the ankles, knees and elbows. K2 has 16 points of articulation in total although none of it is particularly secure being devoid of any obvious ratcheting. This and the droid's proportions with long spindly legs and a large upper body makes him a pain to stand without some form of after-market stand. The articulation does allow him a relatively wide range of movement and he is quite emotive in his arms in particular - although the head lacks some of the additional movement we might like to support K2’s mannerism having been jointed at the base of the neck and not at the top - or at both points. K-2SO shows little to no improvement vs his original release and still presents as a great-looking figure, but with stability issues and no accessories to utilise on display. So while K-2SO is of course a vital member of the Rogue One team the release feels like a missed opportunity when we have the original Director Krennic release still without a facial print update. “Make ten men feel like a hundred” In 2021 Hasbro marked the 5th Anniversary of Rogue One with a number of releases in the Black Series line as part of their new Galaxy Collection packaging and connective artwork boxes. Within this were a number of new releases, but also a reworking of five of the original Rogue One figures giving most of them a makeover both in figure decor and in packaging.  The wave was a Fan Channel release. Cassian Andor is number 02 in this 2021 Rogue One wave, arriving in the Galaxy Collection black box with its slanted right-hand side and using the newly established Cyan accent colour assigned to Rogue One. Cassian’s artwork follows on directly from Jyn Erso and ahead of his droid K-2S0. In 2016 the original Cassian Andor figure in his standard Rebel uniform was only available as part of a 3-Pack  alongside Jyn Erso and a Deathtrooper. So while this 2021 release does present some upgrades to Cassian, it is also the first time this version of him has been available as a single release. The Rebel uniform is unchanged since the 2016 release - factory paint variations aside- with Cassian wearing a cream shirt, brown combat jacket, green/beige trousers, and combat boots. Paintwork is limited to piping on Andor’s jacket and some details on his rank and comms badges - and to some painted straps and buckles on both his belt and trousers. A second gunslinger-style belt also features a silver painted clasp and fasteners and this also incorporates a holster which is then fixed to the right thigh with a sculpted thigh strap painted on the leg.  vs 2016 (right) Cassian’s head sculpt remains the same as 2016 but it has been given the full printed face works and now bears a closer resemblance to Diego Luna. The upgrade is not as visually impressive as the one on the Jyn Erso head sculpt but it is still an improvement against the original figure and perhaps suffers more from the original head being quite a way off and arguably slightly undersized.  Andor’s three-piece blaster rifle is included in the release. This starts off with a simple-looking blaster with limited detailing and silver paint at both the barrel and rear section. You can use this as a standalone hand blaster in Cassian’s right hand, or have this piece secured into the holster. Or you can expand the rifle with a stock piece at the back and an extended barrel that connects to the front to make a larger blaster rifle.  The articulation is 16 points in total and you do feel the age of the upper torso joints in particular when trying to pose Andor with the blaster in the full rifle configuration. Without butterfly shoulders and with some limitation in the elbows, more action-orientated shots with the rifle raised in the firing position are difficult and if you do get one you will find it will cause the rifle to be warped between the arms and the body. The legs feature double-jointed pinned knees which does provide Cassian the ability to kneel or stoop.  Cassian is another improvement on the original release from 5-years prior, but still presents minor issues stemming from that 2016 headsculpt in terms of proportions and likeness. Thankfully there are other Diego Luna headsculpts now available in the line which may allow some kitbashing for those that want to take this base Rogue One Cassian Andor to a higher level. “Rebellions are built on hope!” In 2021 Hasbro marked the 5th Anniversary of Rogue One with a number of releases in the Black Series line as part of their new Galaxy Collection packaging and connective artwork boxes. Within this were a number of new releases, but also a reworking of fi ve of the original Rogue One figures giving most of them a makeover both in figure decor and in packaging.   The wave was a Fan Channel release. The first of the Rogue One Galaxy Collection figures was Jyn Erso. This re-release of her 2016 release was boxed in the new slant-sided Galaxy Collection black packaging with a Cyan accent colour assigned to the Rogue One releases for use on the character text but also predominantly on the side artwork that would combine with the following figures into a larger montage for Rogue One. As number 01, it was Jyn that kicked off that connective Rogue One artwork leading into Cassian Andor at 02 and beyond. vs 2016 figure (right) Jyn is presented as per her original 2016 figure in her combat gear which includes a grey shirt, an olive green jacket with a brown vest, and a pair of black trousers with dark brown boots. Paint application is limited, but we do get silver zip detail on the vest which also features a pleated texture, similar silver on the boots, and yellow piping down the arms. A belt is added in a softer plastic around Jyn’s waist featuring silver fastenings. The belt extends out to a working holster on her right hip that is also then strapped around her right thigh. The significant improvement to the 2016 figure is in the head. While the sculpt appears to be the same, the application of facial printing makes a big leap forward in likeness to actor Felicity Jones, especially in the eyes. Jyn also still comes with her head scarf, as worn on Jeddha, which fits over her head framing the updated head sculpt and sitting around her shoulders and down over her back for a variation in the overall look. There is a single accessory included, a slim blaster pistol with black grip and trigger and silver barrell. This can be holstered using the thigh holster with its slihgly tricky strap that plugs into the main body of the holster. Or it fits into Jyn’s right hand where a trigger finger slips into place.  Articulation remains the older format with 16 points in total. This older configuration does mean the knees are pinned - but also double jointed providing us with plenty of lower leg movement alongside the ankle rockers, thigh swivels, and hip joints. The upper body is also fairly mobile with a good range in the torso joint and single-joint elbows that bend to a right angle more or less. The neck does feature the older peg and ball joint which means head movement is more restricted than our newer figures and the peg is on show if the head is tilted up at all.  The figure focuses on two key selling points. The first is the new packaging for those collecting boxed, and by putting Jyn and her fellow re-releases as the first 5 of the Galaxy Collection series for Rogue One makes them relatively critical for the wider montage once you do reach the brand new releases. The other is the improvement to facial printing which does demonstrate how strong the original sculpt was. While there are no other changes, the updated head alone makes Jyn look and feel like a new release. “I Think You Got Her.” To coincide with the release of Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Hasbro created the Golden Archive series of 6-inch collector figures based on the D&D property with the entirety of the first releases themed around the live-action Honor Among Thieves movie. As well as single ‘human’ characters like Edgin , Simon , and Holga - the line also featured deluxe ‘Monsters’. Alongside the Displacer Beast from the movie, Hasbro also released Doric as an Owlbear as part of this larger format of figures. The Owlbear arrives in closed packaging as was the case with all the Golden Archive figures from 2023 falling as they did during Hasbro’s Plastic-Free packaging run. The box is extended to incorporate the larger figure but features the same basic design including a cut-off corner that pays homage to the Dice used in D&D. With no window to display the figure, the contents are confirmed through illustrations and actual pictures of the figure. These are enclosed on the front by the ornate frame of the Golden Archive. Around the back, we have a more generic contents image which confirms the figure's size and additional parts. Background info is provided on the right-hand side spine and talks specifically about Doric and her situation when we find her in the movie - it makes no reference to the Owlbear itself.  Inside the box, the Owlbear is supplied in component parts that need assembling. There are two halves of the upper torso that slot on the front and back of the main body, tucked up under the rim of the neck section. This can get a little tight on the fitting of the second piece. There is a short guide included if needed. The Owlbear stands an impressive 21.5cm tall or about 8.5 inches. She is weighty in hand with an obviously solid construction. The body is cast entirely in a slightly off-white with sculpted feather patterning throughout. Some of these feathers are then picked out in darker shades or brown through to some black to define key areas around the Owlbear’s chest, legs, arms, and shoulders. The arms feature a strip of longer feathers extending outward as a slightly softer plastic, with a similar principle used at the shoulders. The hands feature black claws and palms, as do the feet. The head sits atop a larger neckpiece and is the same colouration as the main figure with similar - but less concentrated - brown and black markings on the forehead feathering. The eyes have a glassy finish and are black-rimmed with a blue sclera and black iris with a slight dot of white added as a reflection. The mouth is sculpted open with a black beak and an exposed inner mouth in a deep red. This look doesn’t quite work for me considering the ‘roar’ we see on screen where the mouth should be wider and angrier looking. An alternative head or beak option would have been preferred allowing you to choose from neutral and 'charging into battle'. The Owlbear is designed with 17 points of articulation all of which are pinless. These allow the figure to be posed in an upright position in which case you can utilise the standard ‘hands’ with a gripping sculpt that could hold other figures or be posed in an attack configuration. When standing upright much of the available movement is in the upper arms which can extend up and out in various threatening poses. You do have to be careful not to overbalance the Owlbear who is top-heavy, particularly where the torso joint is bent forward or the long arms are extended outwards.  There is also the ability to display the Owlbear on all fours. To achieve this the lower part of the neck slides backwards moving the head from the upright position to one that is horizontal to the body. At this point, the arms become front legs and you can swap out the gripping hands for a pair of front feet that are included in the set. In the all-fours position the articulation is also a little restricted, particularly when all four feet are flat to the floor as this leaves little else that can be moved other than the head. While sometimes these types of engineered figures look off in one of their two positions, I am pleased to say that the Owlbear looks and feels natural in both upright and all-fours posing. The Owlbear suffered in the same way that the rest of the Golden Archive figures did arriving at a time when the packaging was fully enclosed and for a franchise that didn’t have the same level of interest for action figures. Nearly all of the Honor Among Thieves releases ended up getting significant reductions at retail and that does mean the film Owlbear, and its ‘Legacy’ counterpart are still available at time of writing for less than a standard 6-inch collector figure. What you get for your money is a well-built, well engineered figure that has plenty of shelf presence and integrates with the other figures for a display. The final Star Wars Black Series Galaxy Collection Wave of 2024, Wave 19, featured a mix of new figures from across the Star Wars Universe including three figures who would bridge the gap between the first season of Andor in 2022 and the upcoming second season in 2025. To this point, only 9 numbered figures had been released from Andor as well as an exclusive 2-pack. The new additions are numbers 10 through 12 and are the first Andor figures to come in the newer format Galaxy Collection packaging. The box design remains broadly the same but now removes the angled side to create a squared-off box with a central window. The base colour for the box is black, with an accent colour applied to the text and artwork. For Andor, this is an orange/red tone. Dedra Meero is the 12th figure in the Andor Galaxy Collection with her artwork connecting to K-2SO. This artwork shows Dedra in her ISB uniform clutching her datapad and the accompanying text on the rear has no specificity to either her role in Season 1 of Andor or any potential role in Season 2 - only that she is a ‘methodical, polished and ambitious’ member of the Imperial Security Bureau. Her deep red/orange backing card features a starscape rather than an Imperial office or structure. This backdrop is also seen on her side artwork. ISB Superivor Dedra Meero is released in her Imperial uniform as seen in Season 1 and presumably into Season 2. She utilises much of the existing female Imperial Officer body used on Tala Durith  from Kenobi. The legs are a full re-use - black in colour with the flared Imperial upper thighs and knee-high boots. The torso is updated to a new chest and skirt piece, while the arms are the same as Durith. These are all crisp white in colour with the code cylinders at either side coloured silver. Her Lieutenant rank insignia of three blue blocks is also in situ as is a simple black belt with silver buckle. Dedra stands shorter than Tala which is accurate to the two actors, so the Meero body has undergone some tweaking in the hips or the torso itself to shorten her by a few mm. The head sculpt captures an excellent likeness to Denise Gough and her mannerisms while playing Dedra Meero. The face printing extends the usual layer of realism onto the head sculpt with a pair of fierce and focused eyes around a tight mouth and chin. Her hair is slicked back and tied in a bun and therefore is part of the head rather than an individual piece but the edges remain clean and crisp and there is a colour variation in the hair for added realism vs what might usually have been a flat colour. Dedra comes with her ISB datapad. This black accessory features a split screen with silver and red details on the controls and on the framework around the screens. There is nothing showing on display which is a shame, a decal or applied sticker showing some random Imperial code would have brought the piece to life more than the flat black which is no different to the rest of the pad front or back. The pad will fit in Dedra’s hands either with a two-handed grip or held in one hand. Sadly the elbow joints are not broad enough to bring the forearm up and back on itself to reflect the pose we see on the side artwork. Dedra is also armed with a simple black cast blaster pistol with silver detailing. This is the Merr-Sonn Power-5 blaster we see her use on Ferrix. It fits into her right-hand securely with a trigger finger in place - but there is no holstering option as she does not carry the weapon usually, only when in the field at which point she is usually wearing an overcoat and hat which would make a nice future variant. Articulation is not quite in line with the current established configuration, mainly as the base figure is a couple of years old. There are 17 points in total with Dedra missing out on any butterfly shoulders, although these are not really required on an ISB officer who will be posed to attention or using her datapad. The elbows - as mentioned earlier - would have benefitted from a wider bend to secure her datapad. The dual-join in the neck does support some variation in head position, but again this is a character defined as stiff and upright. There are no issues in the legs which are secure and hold Dedra in place once posed. While they do still use the thigh swivel, this is hidden under the skirt piece. Dedra Meero is a brilliant recreation of her character at 6-inch scale and showcases how far the facial sculpting and printing have come. While the Imperial body may be a couple of years old now, it does what it needs to do and where changes were necessary Hasbro have made them to remain accurate to the ISB uniform. The datapad is a neat inclusion, making a change from blasters, but it needs some definition on the screen sections to bring it to life. “Follow me and dare to face the unknown, and ponder the question... What if?" The Watcher, an integral character in the Disney+ What If? series, was added to the Marvel Legends series in 2021 as a build-a-figure included across the first wave of What If? Figures. Collectors needed to buy six of the seven figures in the wave to assemble the parts - the Zombie Captain America did not include any BAF parts. Assembly followed the usual BAF format with a central torso onto which arms, head, and legs were clipped. In addition, the Watcher’s cape came in two parts with Nebula and was attached around the neck to finish the overall look. Assembled, The Watcher measures 23.5cm tall which is about 9.25 inches. The upper torso and waist are cast in deep blue with a larger golden square panel on the chest sculpted with a central section and a hexagonal inner design. The right arm is also robed in blue with a flowing open sleeve. In contrast, the left arm is exposed skin in a deep olive tone with a golden bracer around the wrist. The lower robes are a slightly softer plastic, also in blue, that fully encloses the sculpted legs and feet which also use the olive skin colouring. An additional softer plastic cape in blue is shaped to sit around The Watcher’s neck and sit on his shoulders with the outfit concluded by the large rear collar that goes down under the cloak and sits in a socket on the figure's back. The head sculpt is a representation of the animated Watcher from What If? It uses the olive skin tone as a base but has applied shading and depth around the eyes, nose and mouth. The eyes are then painted in a white that very much contrasts the skin tone and the bright blue robes.  There are no accessories included for The Watcher, not even any alternative hands to use for different gestures. You can vary the look marginally by removing the outer cloak and if you wish the upper collar although neither of these are drastically different and are not something we see on screen. Articulation is more or less the same as a standard figure with 16 points of pinless articulation in total. 8 of these are in the legs, and they are hemmed in by the skirt and while they allow The Watcher to stand in a stable position - there is little variation available. The arms have a wider breadth of movement and can extend and gesticulate bearing in mind the way the right arm looks with the sleeve that should be subject to gravity. The torso aids in some of the posing, but it is with the neck joint that the final expressions are achieved thanks to the oversized head of The Watcher on a relatively small neck allowing for plenty of movement. The character of The Watcher does not dictate he does a huge amount and therefore this BAF meets the requirements of standing in a relatively neutral pose on display overseeing your What If? Figures and the wider MCU. Because the figure is alien and has been designed to be quite non-descript in the source material it will also fit reasonably well into a comic book setting even if it's not fully accurate to the usual comic book depiction. The Watcher is certainly one of the most interesting BAFs we’ve had for some time and he does present a wonderful centrepiece to a Multiverse display. As Star Wars Skeleton Crew marks its two-episode premiere on DIsney+, it has been announced during a Hasbro social media stream marking Week 4 of Gift the Galaxy that SM-33 the droid voiced by Nick Frost will be getting a Star Wars Black Series release in 2025. SM-33 is expected to be a Deluxe release and should be 07 in the Galaxy Collection for Skeleton Crew unless Hasbro has other figures in the works. Revealed on the 4th Week of the Gift the Galaxy promotion from Hasbro is a full look at the new Jedi Master Kelnacca figure from The Acolyte. Kelnacca had been named as a pipeline reveal earlier this year, and we now get to see him in full as a Deluxe release. He will come in his Jedi Robes as seen in the flashback scenes. He features removable soft goods robes and his lightsaber with a removable green blade. Kelnacca will be number 09 in The Acolyte Galaxy Collection and will follow on directly from the Venstra Rwoh release. Kelnacca is live for pre-orders as of the 4th of December 2024 with a Spring 2025 release date. "The war's out there, Colonel, not in here. If we're going to win, it won't be with me stuck behind a desk." Captain Peggy Carter, one of the key protagonists of the first season of Marvel’s What If? was released in the Marvel Legends line in 2021. She was part of the first wave of What If releases that also featured Season 1 characters such as T’Challa, Spider-Man, and Strange Supreme. The wave also featured a build-a-figure of The Watcher with Captain Carter coming packed with The Watcher’s arms. The packaging was the standard scooped sides packaging with a black backdrop and animated style artwork to the sides and the reverse. Captain Carter is a full new figure in the line, and depicted in her Union Jack inspired uniform from her initial appearances in What If? after she takes the Super Serum and then sets about fighting Hydra during World War 2. This is essentially a blue suit with painted red trim that is very much inspired by the original MCU Captain America uniform. The chest piece is configured into a sculpted Union Flag and painted in red white and blue with the lower section continuing onto her stomach. The uniform is completed by leather brown gloves, boots and a belt.  The head sculpt is new and a good likeness to actor Hayley Atwell and while there is a marginal animated look to the facial printing the likeness and proportions of the body overall do not look out of place alongside other MCU figures - allowing the figure to become a stand-in for the Multiverse Captain Carter we see in the Multiverse of Madness. Cap comes with one accessory, her shield, and this is a smaller version to the one used by Steve Rogers but with a similar construction of an outer gloss front, plain interior, and a pair of leather brown painted straps that are looped to go over Peggy’s forearm. The front of the shield features individual sculpted rings which are painted in blue, white, then red with the central Union Flag a sticker or decal of some kind considering how neat and tidy it is.  Peggy only has the hands she is provided with, a right that is clenched into a fist and the left that is a wide open grip. The shield will fit on either arm but the design of the hands makes fitting on the left harder work, and on the right slightly unsecured unless the elbow is bent. Articulation is all pinless with 18 points in total that present Captain Carter with a wide range of movement in the arms and legs, but with some restrictions in the torso that lacks much forward motion - and in the neck due to the sculpt and flow of her hair. She also suffers a little from ankle rockers that do not sit her feet quite flat on the floor and this is hampered further by the wide cut of the boot above that sits over the ankle joint and restricts it further. So while Peggy has plenty of poses open to her, getting her standing upright and in a stable pose is more difficult and often requires the thigh swivels to be turned outwards creating a more visible disjointed line in the upper legs.  Captain Carter was released at the same time as the Hydra Stomper piloted by Steve Rogers, and it was intended for her to be able to ride the Hydra Stomper into battle. As we found in our review for the Stomper, this is not engineered well at all across either figure. While the Stomper provides a handle, Peggy’s sole gripping hand is too wide to create a secure hold. Peggy’s feet are also not sized to fit snugly in the foot wells provided on the stomper. It is worth noting that the Marvel’s Rides Captain America Motorbike works well with Captain Carter albeit with a single handed grip by that wide set left hand. This is not quite the same bike she rides in her early appearances during What If? but it certainly looks the part if you have it available and Steve doens’t mind sharing. Captain Carter is a strong figure within the What If? series of releases and sits more in the realistic real-world setting than the more animated proportions we see on T’Challa Star-Lord. This will allow Peggy to work in a Multiverse of Madness setting if needed. The figure has a good visual look overall with the Union Jack elements of the uniform bright and clear. She did really need extra hand options as well as some tweaking around the ankle rockers but these can be worked around for display and she allows us to start to build the Guardians of the Multiverse for our collections.
