Wondercon 2024: Hasbro Star Wars Panel with new Vintage Collection Rebels figures and Black Series Momaw Nadon Deluxe

Updated: Mar 31

The Hasbro Team was in attendance at Wondercon 2024 with plenty of action-figure news and reveals. We will update this post with any promo images as they are received - these are not due until Monday 1st / Tuesday 2nd of April.

Within the Star Wars segment were new Vintage Collection reveals of a Hero of Lothal Ezra Bridger from Ahsoka, and a Rebels Season 1 Kanan Jarus. Joining Ezra and Kanan is a Season 1 Zeb from Rebels Season 1. Zeb is a Deluxe release.

These are Fan Channel / Amazon releases and are Summer 2024 releases with pre-orders due on the 3rd of April.

The Black Series reveals include a look at the new Deluxe Momaw Nadon (Hammerhead) a figure previously revealed through the pipeline. He features more cups for the Cantina and an E-11 blaster. He is 07 in the New Hope collection. Mowaw is a Fan Channel release and is a 3rd of April pre-order with an Autumn 2024 release.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
