Alien Day has come and gone and even though we only got a few teases on the day itself about Vasquez, we didn't have to wait too long after for Jenette Goldstein to follow in Carrie Henn's shoes and reveal her action figure of Vasquez in all its glory.
Vasquez will come with 30 points of articulation and include the full Smart Gun package including a muzzle flash effect which has been confirmed as being included in the pack as an accessory.
We know via this tweet that Vasquez will be a standard release (not SDCC like Newt) and will fall into Series 9 which will be a 30th Anniversary wave. Our attention now turns to Facehugger Friday, 29th of April as NECA have confirmed they will reveal the full line up of the 30th Anniversary series 9 figures, including images
It also seems that Vasquez is not the only Marine in the works from NECA. This tweet indicated another Marine is coming, although perhaps we should air on the side of caution as this may be a comic or video game figure not necessarily from the film, after all we know that Series 10 of the Alien series will be a Kenner homage range.
One thing we do know is coming as part of the 30th Anniversary celebrations is the Aliens Creature pack, and NECA used Alien Day to show off the planned boxed packaging for this figure.
