Earlier this year we reported on a brand new Doctor Who 5 inch figure 3-pack containing a repainted 3rd Doctor, a repainted Jo Grant and a re-release of the Delgado Master. This set would be an Underground Toy release in the US, and in the UK it would be exclusive to B&M Bargains.
Facebook group, The Amazing World of Doctor Who, have now exclusively revealed that this 3rd Doctor set will be one of three sets to hit the discount retailer in July/August.
The set breakdown, direct from The Amazing World of Doctor Who, are as follows. With each set retailing at just £14.99 (the same price as as single figure in the Toys R Us Doctor Who range). Although there is speculation the packs contain other tweaks, the picture is not clear enough to confirm that either way - and for the £14.99 price tag - new sculpt work is doubtful. The figures will be packed in updated packaging, mirroring the colour scheme and graphics of the other current releases from Character Options.
Set 1 : Zygon from Terror of the Zygons, Cyberman from The Invasion. Ice Warrior from The Ice Warriors.
Set 2: The Master. The Third Doctor from Invasion of the Dinosaurs. Jo Grant from The Time Monster.
Set 3. Vashta Nerada from Silence in the Library. 10th Doctor. Cyberman with gun.
