Hasbro have released the promotional images and wording for their Star Wars Vintage Collection reveals from Barcelona Manga 2019.
The new figure is titled Remnant Stormtrooper, and is from The Mandalorian.

Also confirmed were four more repacks of previously released figures. These are all popular characters that will be re-carded and released in early 2020. They are Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi in their Clone Wars Clone Armour, Darth Maul and Wicket the Ewok from Return of the Jedi.
