The Global product reveal for Star Wars Triple Force Friday that took place on the 26th of September, a week or so ahead of the big day, gave us not only a look at some new Star Wars Black Series figures that had escaped the online leaks - but also some clarity over the variant box colours that had been confusing us.
We have updated our Black Series 2019 checklist for these products
We start with the main wave for Triple Force Friday which is made up of figures from Rise of Skywalker, The Mandalorian and Fallen Jedi.
Rise of Skywalker gives us figures of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren, Rey and D-0, the Sith Trooper and the new First Order Stormtrooper which seems to use an updated body from the Disney Parks Commander Pyre. From The Mandalorian we have the title character, and as suspected the Off-World Jawa is confirmed as a Mandalorian figure. And from Fallen Jedi is the main playable character of Cal Kestis and The Second Sister.
This entire wave (wave 22) will be packed both in the normal phase 3 packaging - but also in a white "first edition" package. Both packaging types should be available from Triple Force Friday, and the white boxes will be available in the UK - although most stockists are selling these as a full case.
There is sadly a small fly in the ointment caused by customs with stocks of the Mandalorian and Jawa (standard releases) being held up until sometime next week.

We then have some other figures unveiled during the live event. These include Cara Dune from The Mandalorian and Jannah from Rise of Skywalker. We have got glamour shots for and a promotional write up for these two (see below).
We also know we are getting a new C-3PO figure, complete with Chewbacca's bandolier and bowcaster as seen in the global product reveal
Update 30th September. We have now had two more reveals for Triple Force Friday courtesy of Smyths in Germany. We have a standard release of the Yavin Luke we saw as an exclusive reveal. This version comes with Luke's blaster and the medal - which will be excluded from the exclusive release. There is no lightsaber included for Luke.
We then see a brand new Wedge Antilles figure. Wedge comes in his X-Wing gear with removable helmet and blaster.
The Smyths update also gives us a boxed image of Jannah - albeit with a spelling error on the character name. We also get a clear look at the basic First Order Jet Trooper release.
All these figures (with a TBC against C3PO) are part of another wave and will not be released until December 2019. Hasbro have also quoted that the products shown so far across all lines is only around 30% of their Rise of Skywalker products - more will follow after the films release.

And then there are the exclusives. Up first is a surprise, a new Elite First Order Snowtrooper. This seems to be the existing figure but with a soft goods cloak now added. This one will be exclusive to Target in the US and via the fan channel worldwide.
The second is the Purge Trooper from Fallen Jedi. This is exclusive to Gamestop, but it still remains unclear if this - or another figure - is the mystery figure fans in the US will get if they pre-ordered the game and figure bundle. Again this should get a worldwide fan channel release.
I'd recommend these would be two to pre-order and pickup as soon as you can as historically Target and Gamestop exclusives haven't been overly easy to get in the UK once the first allocation is sold.

And add to this three more exclusives that are so far only leaked and not officially announced. The Yoda Force Ghost is a Walmart exclusive. The Clone Commander Fox being Gamestop. As yet the Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker is a bit of an unknown quantity and may be Disney Store exclusive, or another one for Walmart.
As yet it is unclear if these three figures will be available coe Triple Force Friday, or will formally be announced on the day and then have their pre-orders go live.
And then the there is the Carbonized collection. This is not quite another repack into a different box. What we have here is four figures who will be packed in new metallic packaging, but who will also get a variant paint job. The boxes for each of these do retain the same numbering system as the basic release.
The figure with the biggest difference seems to be The Mandalorian with the Carbonized version have more metallic finish to the helmet and armour - and looks a much nice figure.
The Sith Trooper's armour is updated to a metallic red, while the Second Sister has a metallic graphite finish.
The Jet Trooper is the newest reveal in this set, and we know from leaks he is numbered #99 on the box so will also get a standard release as mentioned above.
