Star Wars Black Series Probe Droid turns up at retail in US

Yakface.com have shared this image of a Star Wars Black Series 6 inch scale Probe Droid.


The figure had been long rumoured and was found in a Wal-Mart in the US, obviously ahead of the street date.


The packaging is interesting and is a hybrid of the Black Series packaging and a 40th Anniversary design for The Empire Strikes Back - complete with original ESB logo. The figure will include the red side spine as the other Phase 3 packaging and will be the 3rd release in the Deluxe line and be marked as D3.

Following the Yakface post, further images have now surfaced from other Wal-Mart US stores. The image below gives a better indication of the box sizing vs a standard Black Series release.
