Over the last couple of weeks, Star Wars fan sites have been collating votes from fans to see which Star Wars Black Series Action Figure release should get a slot in the 2021 Black Series Archive line.
The Archive line allows the re-release of older, more sought after, figures. And allows the addition of the newer Face Print technology to enhance the figure significantly as seen recently with Anakin Skywalker and Luke X-Wing Pilot.
The fan sites have provided their shortlists to Hasbro who have now drawn up a final shortlist of ten figures. There are not many surprises, and the Princess Leia from Return of the Jedi has made the list - although has now been renamed as "Huttslayer"
Hasbro Pulse is now running the final Fan's Vote, with the voting closing on the 29th May at 12pm (EST), that's 5pm here in the UK. Unfortunately fans in the UK can't vote, as only Hasbro Pulse members can cast a vote - and the membership is currently only allowed for US and Canadian collectors.
Let's hope our friends in the US vote wisely.... And in the interest of fun and comparison, I have set up a "bit of fun" vote of my own using the shortlisted ten figures to see how the UK collector base would have voted.
