Star Wars Black Series, Amazon Summer 2020 Exclusives - links & info

The new Star Wars Black Series Amazon Exclusives for Summer 2020 have been quite disjointed in terms of allowing fans to get their pre-orders in. Here is what we know so far...

(this article contains paid links)

Amazon US Availability & Links

In the US, there was a delay in Amazon listing these three products. As an interim solution, Hasbro Pulse put up limited pre-orders. As of the 5th of May the products are now live on Amazon US, but only for shipping within the US. Han is $12.99, Vader $24.99 and the Bounty Hunters $39.99. Each is down as a 1st July release date.

Amazon UK Availability & Links

It has been confirmed that these are a Worldwide Exclusive, and will only be sold in the UK via Amazon (no official Fan Channel option in the UK). We may see a few sneak in via the Far East, with Robot Kingdom already listing them as pre-orders.

But the majority of UK collectors will need to order via Amazon. At the time of writing, Amazon UK had placeholders for Vader and Han Carbonite, with nothing as yet for the Bounty Hunters. We would hope pre-orders open soon via these links (below). There is no clear UK pricing yet but we would expect £14.99 for Han Carbonite, £24.99 for Vader and £44.99 for the Bounty Hunters. The listings have indicated a later release for the UK in terms of August 2020.

About Me : As a child of the 70's and 80's I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force) and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licences - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
