Star Wars Toy News on Facebook have just shared this image of a retail display in Japan containing blister packed 6 inch Star Wars figures from Bandai. These are reportedly to be 5POA and are likely based off the Bandai kit sculpts?
As you can see the initial release is a First Order Storm Trooper, Captain Phasma, Kylo Ren and BB8. The price isn't too easy to read, but seems to be 1450 Yen - which works out at £9.50 in Stirling on a direct conversion.
Licencing deals with Hasbro worldwide will mean it is extremely unlikely to see these outside of Japan officially - although no doubt the importers and eBay sellers may capitalise on the figures if they are cheap.
It would be interesting to see some comparisons between these, Bandai's 1/12 kits, Hasbro's 6" Black Series and of course the 6" budget figures Hasbro have put out (via Aldi here in the UK)
