US distributor Bluefin have confirmed, as we expected, that they will be bringing the SH Figuarts Star Lord 1/12 figure to the US market. Star Lord is a webstore exclusive in Japan. For American collectors the set will be sold for general purchase and simlar to what they did with Dr Strange, Star Lord will be packed with some "FX" pieces - namely some galactic explosions.
Star Lord will be released in the US in September and will retail at $84.99 (£65). Pre-orders are be taken via Amazon and Big Bad Toy Store, the Amazon pre-order won't allow delivery to UK, but you should be able to order for intentional delivery at BBTS.
