SH Figuarts Obi-Wan Kenobi, A New Hope

After being shown at a couple of trade shows, A New Hope Obi-Wan Kenobi from SH Figuarts finally has a release date for June 2018.

This fantastic 1/12 version of Alec Guinness from A New Hope looks to come with two head sculpts or options with the 2nd version having his eyes closed as he allows Vader to strike him down on the Death Star. The cloak and robes are all plastic and there seems to be two hood options to allow a hood up or hood down look.

Obi-Wan's lightsaber is included and can be hung on his belt as a hilt, or displayed in fighting stance with the blade lit and ready to face down Vader. And for those wanting to replicate the final moments of Obi-Wan you even get his empty discarded robes to lay down in front of Vader as Obi-Wan transforms into the Force Ghost we see in Empire.

Obi-Wan is priced at 6480 Yen in Japan. The figure will need to be imported for UK and US collectors, and will likely set you back around £50 / $60.
