The Avengers (2012) Loki figure from SH Figuarts first appeared in late 2018 in a display at Tokyo Comic Con.
It has now been confirmed as a September 2020 release by Tamashii Nations, and Bluefin for US distribution.
The figure is based on Loki from the original Avengers movie and includes parts specific to scenes in the movie. His horned helmet is a separate piece that fits over the supplied head. A second head shows Loki from the end of the movie with the face mask - with handcuffs and chains also included. Loki is armed with his staff, and also has the Tesseract.
The Japanese RRP is 8800 Yen (£66). Expect to be paying circa £70-£75 when this is listed for pre-order in the UK.
