SH Figuarts are releasing 1/12 scale WWE figures - starting with The Rock and Stonecold Steve Austin

Tamashii Nations are certainly not holding back by adding new properties to their SH Figuarts range of highly articulated 1/12 figures. This weeks Tamashii Features showl has seen even more "Western" properties joining the current staples of Marvel and Star Wars. Although the DC Suicide Squad figures we reported on earlier will take the headlines, WWE fans will be equally pleased to see these two WWE figures.

The Rock and Stonecold Steve Austin were both on show, displayed in a ring environment, and showing off that SHF articulation with each figure posed in a classic Turnbuckle Taunt position.

No more details are known at this stage, and the cards with each figure don't give away any detail. SHFiguarts are masters of showing off new figures and then not releasing them in good time - an example of which is their Han & Luke figures in the Star Wars line. We will therefore need to wait on more details about this WWE range. Aside from the release details, fans will be keen to know if these are a one off release - similar to the Freddie Mercury or Bruce Lee figures - of if this is the start of a wider range of WWE legend figures? Imagine an SH Figuarts Hulk Hogan or Undertaker!
