SDCC 2025: Marvel Legends Panel including X-Men 97, Spider-Man Magic the Gathering, Comic Book reveals, and Mephisto

The Marvel Legends presentation at SDCC 2025 was heavily focused on the X-Men 97 series, with a new wave of figures revealed. The wave will feature Cable, Jubilee, Morph, Logan, Emma Frost, and Sunspot. The wave opens for pre-order almost immediately from the 26th of July.

The biggest (literally) reveal was that of the next Ultra Deluxe figure as Mephisto and his Infernal Throne. The set will have a 1-month pre-order window from 26th July to the 26th August. The set then goes into full production based on pre-order requirements. If this follows suit with Dragon Man and the Sentinel, then collectors won't be charged until the item is ready to ship.

We then got a look at a new Emperor Doom figure, a Starfox & Champion of the Universe 2-pack, a WW2 Logan, Warbow, Feral, and a Rachel Summers Dark Phoenix figure.

There is also a new crossover series of Spider-Man and Magic The Gathering, with new figures including Agent Anti-Venom, Mary Jane Watson as Iron Spider, Man-Wolf, and Spider-Man. These four figures open for pre-order on the 1st of August 2025. Spider-Man and Agent Anti-Venom are general releases, while Mary Jane and Man-Wolf are exclusive to Amazon and the Fan Channel
