It seems Hasbro are changing their Jabba's Palace Diorama for the Star Wars Black Series daily at SDCC. We now have Boushh and Chewbacca added to the throne room. These are existing releases, and even though Chewie is no chained - this looks like a custom job for the diorama.
We do have a a brand new Jabba's Palace Luke Skywalker facing off against the Rancor - we'd expect this Luke to be one of the announcements at the Hasbro Star Wars Panel on Day 2. Luke is most likely the original Jedi Luke Skywalker body but now has a soft goods tunic and a new head sculpt with face print technology.
To reiterate, it seems the Rancor, Bib Fortuna (sadly) and the Droids are all custom pieces for this display.
