It seems Mattel are taking their Jurassic World licence to the next level with the launch of a 6" collectors series of figures. The first three planned are Owen Grady as shown as well as Ian Malcolm and a Velociraptor - which were represented by cardboard cut outs initially - but Mattel added them to the display part way through the con.
It is interesting to see that Ian Malcolm is actually Ian from the original Jurassic Park movie, so this line will be across all the movies.
The wording Jurassic World Collector does sound very similar to the Matty Collector format and we wonder if these will be along the lines of a club / subscription scheme rather than being on general sale.
