The Marvel Legends US Agent figure was a 2021 release and part of the first Disney+ MCU wave which included figures from WandaVision, The Falco and the Winter Soldier, and Loki. The US Agent uses the same body as the John Walker Captain America figure released around the same time, although the US Agent doesn't come with the unmasked head.
The figure looks OK, but suffers from a common issue with early release MCU figures in that it is not fully screen accurate due to it being based on early concepts or artwork. In this case, the US Agent is missing the white stripes on the outfit. The other issue is the accessories for John Walker and while it makes sense to omit the shield, a handgun would have been a good added extra alongside the alternative hands.
