There are two new Exclusive Yellow Rangers coming to Hasbro's Lightning Collection. They are exclusive to Gamestop in the US with limited availability on Hasbro Pulse. In the UK they are also listed on Hasbro Pulse.
From Power Rangers S.P.D. the Yellow Ranger includes masked and unmasked heads as well as a trio of weapons, an energy effect, and alternative hands. The Lost Galaxy Yellow Ranger also includes masked and unmasked heads, alternative hands, and a weapon with blast FX.
The two figures are down as a late March 2023 release in the UK, and the US site has them down for June 2023.
