Playmates Ninja Elite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Playmates have held the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles master licence since the start of the TMNT phenomenon, and this year they are returning to that early comic book era as well as the Collectors arena with their new Ninja Elite figures.

The Ninja Elite series will stand 6 inches tall and are reported as having 34 points of articulation. The line will launch with all four Turtles, as depicted in the early Mirage comics by Eastman and Laird.

As seen in the early comics, each turtle will feature a red bandana and they will come with their specific weapons. They will share the same body, but the heads are sculpted with different expressions. The figures will be packed in window box collector packaging and they will also include a sewer cover figure stand for display. They are being distributed via Diamond so will be available to specialist and comic book stores with a December 2020 release date.

Cowabunga Dudes! Straight from the classic colored comics by Eastman and Laird come the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Elite Series action figures from Playmates! Each figures features 34 Points of articulation, and is outfitted in their original red bandana and along with their signature weapon.

With a personalized sewer lid base and collectible window box package with iconic graphics and logo, fans can relive the fun and excitement of the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with these PREVIEWS Exclusive figures!

About Me : As a child of the 70's and 80's I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force) and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licences - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
