Lanard Toys, who have produced figures for Rampage and the upcoming Jumanji movie, look to have obtained a licence to produce figures from the Aliens licence.
Listed on Smyths Toys website here in the UK are two sets badged under the "Alien Collection". The figures look to be in the 3.75 inch scale the company have also used for Rampage and Jumanji.
"Alien prepare yourself! Calling all colonial marines! Get ready to gear-up and take on the most fearsome creatures to inhabit planet lv- 426 and beyond in an epic space battle! The dreaded xenomorphs have multiplied in vast numbers, threatening the lives that inhabit space colonies reaching to the far ends of the universe. Gather your crew to take on, fight, and eradicate the ever-growing numbers of these terrifying aliens!"
The first set features a red Runner (Dog) alien and what is described as a Weyand Yutani Commando Figure in what looks like a spacesuit inspired by the 1979 spacesuits worn by Dallas, Kane and Lambert. The human character is riding a futuristic bike called a planatery rover. The set is entitled Xenomorph Swarm.

Both sets are priced at £9.99 and according to the ETA on the product listing we have to wait until April 2020 to get our hands on these sets - but that seems excessive for a product that is listed and priced now as Smyths don't tend to do long lead times.
I've reached out to Lanard for more details
