NECA will produce 8" retro style Re-Animator figures

Fans of cult 1985 horror movie Re-Animator can look forward to some new Action Figures courtesy of NECA. Announced today via Licencing.biz it was confirmed....

First up to the plate is NECA who will now develop a line of collectable figures.

Randy Falk, director of product development for NECA, said: “I have been a longtime fan of Re-Animator and know that there are lots of comedy sci-fi collectors waiting for new Re-Animator figures. It will be a perfect addition to NECA’s line.”

Following up on Twitter, Randy Falk has confirmed these will be their 8" Mego style figures rather than traditional 7" Action Figures. That means a sculpted head on a generic body with soft goods clothing. More details will be announced in due course, at this stage it is very early in the deal so we would not expect to see anything until 2018
