NECA Ultimate Universal Monsters releases of Frankenstein's Monster from Son of Frankenstein (1939) and The Invisible Man

NECA's has two new Universal Monster offerings for us, starting with Frankenstein's Monster - as previewed at the start of August - from the 1939 movie Son of Frankenstein. He is joined by a translucent version of The Invisible Man.


Frankenstein's Monster includes three heads, extra hands, a Fairy Tales book, and Inspector Krogh's prosthetic arm. This one will be a Q1 (January-March) of 2027.



The Invisible Man is cast in translucent injected plastic and has accessories that include extra head, hands, and shirt collar. This one is packed in a special presentation box with a fogged effect. It is due to ship in Q4 (October to December) 2026.

Frankenstein’s Monster lives! NECA presents a new addition to its acclaimed Universal Monsters line with this Ultimate Frankenstein's Monster. Inspired by the classic 1939 film Son of Frankenstein— the final in Boris Karloff’s portrayal of the iconic character—this fully articulated, 7-inch scale action figure is in full-color deco.


Dressed in his sheep wool vest, he includes interchangeable hands and two heads featuring the likeness of Boris Karloff. He also comes with the Fairy Tales book and Inspector Krogh's prosthetic arm. Sometimes what’s scariest is what isn’t there... NECA presents a very special version of the Invisible Man—now with more invisibility! From the classic 1933 Universal Monsters film The Invisible Man, this fully articulated, 7-inch scale action figure of Dr. Jack Griffin features translucent injected plastic. Invisible accessories include interchangeable heads, hands, and shirt collar piece. It even comes in special translucent packaging with a fogged effect.
