NECA marked Kevin Eastmans birthday on the 30th of May with the announcement of a new Foot Enforcer in their 7-inch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line. Based on the Enforcer's appearance in Mirage Comics, the figure will feature four sets of hands, ninjato, butterfly sword, naginata, and a three-section staff.
