NECA have announced a new NECA Store Exclusive 3-Pack featuring an assembly of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon figures. They include the sought-after Scrag, who was originally a Loot Crate subscription exclusive from 2021.

Scrag is joined by Punk Leonardo and Punk Raphael. These were originally a Target Exclusive 2-Pack from 2024.

Scrag will include both his head options, interchangeable arms as well as a pistol and a sledgehammer. The Turtles will feature a number of associated accessories such as pizza, grocery bag, a lamp, a teddy bear, and VHS tapes. We do not as yet have a full inventory image of the set, or details of the packaging.

You can pre-order this from the NECA Store, including International Options, with shipping listed as Q2 (April-June) 2026. We have added this new trio to our extensive NECA Collector Database

Cowabunga, collectors! NECA is bringing back one of its ultra-rare exclusives with this limited-edition 3-pack bundle inspired by the original 1980s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series.

The highly elusive Scrag returns in this special set! For dedicated fans and completists alike, this pack features Leonardo and Raphael in their punk disguises (as seen briefly in the second episode “Enter the Shredder”) along with the rare Scrag figure.

The 7-inch scale figures are fully articulated and equipped with world-building accessories, including pizza, grocery bag, lamp, teddy bear, VHS tapes, and more. Scrag is ready for action with a pistol, sledgehammer, and interchangeable arms and head. All three figures are bundled together in a new outer box packaging featuring original artwork.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
