NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures by Archie Comics Stump Wrestling Cryin' Hound

NECA has revealed their new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cryin' Hound figure in full. He was first revealed as part of SDCC 2024 and is taken from the TMNT Adventure Series from Archie Comics and is part of the Stump Wrestling figures.

Originally reported as a Walmart Exclusive - part of their Collector Con Event - the figure has now been confirmed as available at all NECA stockists - so it looks to have been another 'first to market' arrangement for Walmart in the US.

Mah goodness! It’s an action figure first, straight from the pages of Eastman and Laird’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures comic book series from Archie Comics! At long last, the Cryin’ Houn’ is here to beat, bash, and bust up the Turtles! This deluxe-size NECA action figure includes extra hands to recreate all the poses and gestures seen in the comics. Comes in collector-friendly window box packaging with art by original TMNT Adventures artist Ken Mitchroney.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
