NECA teases 18" quarter scale Foot Soldier from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

NECA have started their SDCC teases as we start to count down towards the convention. More Quarter Scale Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle product had been talked about, and this image seems to indicate an 18" scale Foot Soldier from the 1990 Turtle movie will be one of the reveals at the show.
