The next Alien release from NECA will be a Kenner inspiired Rhino Alien, and NECA have revealed the packaging for the figure.
Like Predator, NECA are moving away from traditional 3-figure waves with Aliens to more standalone releases, and the Rhino is the first of these. Due to the size and bulk of the figure he will be boxed in a design similar to the Ultimate figure releases, with a closed box design but with opening front flap to reveal the figure underneath.
The box uses the retro Kenner 1990's design with the front artwork recreating the original blister for the Kenner figure with the Rhino in his circular blister. The back of the box carries a checlist of NECA Kenner Alien and Predator releases to date.
The Rhino is scheduled as an April 2020 release, the current global COVID-19 lockdown may see delays to this in some territories.
