Syfy.com have published a wonderful article going behind the scenes at NECA and their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures.

Within the article is a first glimpse of the Quarter Scale Shredder figure, with a couple of angles of the unpainted head as well as a layout of some other parts. The article also confirms that NECA are looking to release a 7" version of their Raphael in Trenchcoat as part of their Gamestop exclusive line.
