The Emperor Shao Kahn will be the next Storm Collectibles Mortal Kombat release, arrivng at some point in Q3 2023. The figure will come as a basic 6-inch scale release, and as a larger Deluxe Release complete with Throne. Both figures are Big Bad Toy Store exclusives for US collectors.
Both releases feature Shao Kahn's spear and hammer as well as 5 pairs of hand options. The standard version has two head sculpts, while the Deluxe version comes with three heads as well as a second spear, and the Deluxe Throne.
Emperor Shao Kahn's lust for power is matched only by his ruthlessness. Millennia ago he overthrew Onaga as ruler of Outworld and has conquered many other realms since. Eventually he turned his attention to Earthrealm. The Mortal Kombat tournament prevents him from taking the realm by force, but if Shao Kahn's champions win 10 consecutive tournaments, Eathrealm will be his. As long as his champions Shang Tsung and Prince Goro do not fail him, he will be victorious.
