Following the reveal of the Mezco One:12 Collective release of Hulk earlier this month, we now have the announcement for Hulk's nemesis, The Leader.

The Leader was previewed at NYCC 2025 and is now confirmed as a release arriving between May and June of 2026. The 6-inch figure features three head options, the usual in-depth selection of hands, a laser pistol, a Psionic Amplifier Headband, and a Gamma Ray Blaster with accompanying headset.

“The age of intellect has begun.”

The mind behind the menace enters the One:12 Collective!

Transformed by gamma radiation, Samuel Sterns evolved into The Leader, a being whose superhuman intellect rivals the Hulk’s brute strength in a Brains vs Brawn showdown! Now, the self-proclaimed “Master Of Gamma Power” plots his next move from the shadows.

The One:12 Collective - The Leader features three interchangeable head portraits capturing his calculating expressions, from a sinister grin to rage-fueled determination. Outfitted in his comic-accurate battle suit, The Leader comes equipped with a psionic amplifier headband, laser pistol and his signature gamma ray blaster connected by a flexible wire to a control headset. Multiple interchangeable hands allow him to command, manipulate, and outthink any opponent.

Cold, cunning, and utterly convinced of his superiority, The Leader always has the upper hand

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
